fun hotel and conveniently located near King Street Station

Many of the reviews said that the rooms were really small. I figured it would be fine for 1 night, and I was solo. But wow, the room was TINY!! It did have a nice view, but it cost the same as the hotel I sayed in for the rest of my trip which was a great room with a vista view and had 2 queens and a sitting area. Unless I got a better deal I would probably not stay tgere again.

Very comfortable hotel overall. Excellent bed. Great tech. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. It’s a supersized capsule hotel, so it offers an experience too.

Very impressed with the Hotel’s amenities and location. The Hotel could have done a better job on educating us on how to park in the area. My wife did not like the pillows.

Everything was great until we were introduced to the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the bar was very good at dinner. The matress was very uncomfortable, no box spring, and the pillows were extremely overstuffed, causing neck/back/hip pain. Poor water pressure made for long showers to get shampoo out of hair.

Small but efficient rooms, I love the XL square king beds so you can choose which way to sleep. The iPad with controls was fun with the changing colors and the blackout shades did their job. The walkable location to the train station, football/baseball fields and waterfront was beyond perfect. I would definitely stay here again

This was an amazing hotel and since we needed 2 rooms it only affordable because of the deal we got through the website. I will definitely be using this service in the future and I have a new favorite hotel in Seattle!

Great boutique hotel . Wish room was just a little bigger

I’ve stayed in this chain of hotels before and it’s really excellent! Great view of harbor, comfortable bed, great shower! Room is very compact, not for work or lounging. It’s super hi tech - everything is controlled by iPad- lights, heating, entertainment. Breakfast, not included, is great too with large variety. This property is right across harbor.

Had to get switched to an ADA room because I needed two outlets for medical devices and the regular rooms looked like something out of lost in translation but somehow worse. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re above ~5’6” as everything is tiny. Room wasn’t very clean when we got there. Staff was friendly and the bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel definitely seems to focus on being quirky and affordable more than functional.

Small but modern and clean room. Will surely stay there again

This was our first time staying at the CitizenM! It is a very cool and new age kind of a feel. We absolutely loved it! Clean rooms, very chill vibe. I would say something I wish I knew was there is no parking offered from the hotel. When you pull up there is no parking so just pick a loading zone area. You will have the opportunity to park up the road at a safe parking garage. Also; for the older generations, check in is done at a kiosk but there are helpful employees available!

Citizen M is an amazing place. It’s close to everything in walking distance (waterfront, train station, pike place, stadiums, etc). The rooms are small, but extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is tech based off of their iPads to control blinds, shades, lighting, tv, it even has mood lighting. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! It is a very modern and up to date place to stay! I highly recommend getting a room with a view of the sound.

The perfect spot to stay when you need a cozy quiet space to relax, it's across the street from the ferry terminal. I love the feel of Citizen M.

I absolutely made the right choice staying here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved how modern and eco-friendly the hotel is. It’s also in a great location to access different parts of the city. Definitely would stay here again - no doubt about it.

Beautiful hotel, great location. King bed room was cozy but there is not much privacy when it comes to sharing the bathroom. Good vibes and nice staff.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at the citizensM. Seattle is one of my favorite getaways. Beautiful artsy hotel. Very trendy and selfie worthy place. It’s a small which doesn’t bother me. But not a place for families of more than 3 or more. Always around some surrounded by great eats and sight seeing.

Citizen M is my go-to hotel. I love the vibe, the staff are fantastic, and the food and cocktails are delicious. Whenever I'm traveling where they have a hotel, that's where I stay!

Everything was fantastic, but thr only complaint I have it that there was no microwave in the room. The fridge is great, but we really needed a microwave in order to heat up our food in the middle of the night. The fridge is a little bit too small and we could hardly fit anything in there and we were on a budget as far as food so that part was frustrating. Otherwise it was a great location and we felt very safe and comfortable

Our stay at Citizen M Pioneer Square was great except for the awful pillows. We tried to swap them out as other reviews mentioned, however, they do not have any other pillows and suggested we just roll up a comforter. So, sleep was lacking after a 3 night stay with THE worst pillows. Great location and cleanliness.

A Great experience! A bit quirky at first but certainly a cool and a refreshing experience! Staff was amazing! All of them were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Room was amazing! Bed was comfortable, everything else was exceptionally clean! The day shades and black out blinds were nice! The breakfast looked incredible even though I had made other arrangements. I did enjoy the free house coffee however. This location is also exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel, however, the bed did not have a top sheet, only a comforter. The the toilet paper roll thingy was loose and there was no soap for the shower, only shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel is super adorable and the rooms while small are so cute and quirky. I thought our pillows were way too poofy and huge but they got us softer ones upon request. The only thing i didn't like was no coffee pot in the room but we did have a mini fridge which was nice

Extremely well kept and modern. Broken pump on the shampoo and malfunctioning shower end kept it from perfect 5 stars.

It was fantastic. So clean and comfy. The staff was so helpful. Very close to link rails, buses, this was our 3 rd trip to Seattle and the 1st time we didn’t have to use Uber. Uber is great, but it’s less expensive using public transportation.
