Our extended family drove down to Colorado Springs for a weekend visit and this was the perfect place to stay! The view of the Garden of the Gods was wonderful and, as we we’re going there after driving up Pikes Peak, the proximity was perfect. With a trip to the zoo and checking out the Broadmoor the next day, we couldn’t have been in a better place! The house is clean, well equipped, and the owner was wonderful about communications. A great stay!

Hilltop Haven was the perfect location for our girls weekend. We wanted to hike, shop, go the spa and relax. This house is centrally located for all the activities in the CO Springs area! The home was spacious, clean and just as described. We would definitely recommend it! You will love your stay here!

The check in and out process was easy. The house was very clean and set up great for a family. We enjoyed the games downstairs in the evening. The beds were very comfy. I appreciated some items in the pantry like peanut butter, ketchup and mustard. The location was great for garden of the gods, the Cheyenne mountain zoo, and Manitou Springs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

While the neighborhood is a little hit or miss (some nice houses and some a little sketchy), the interior of the house was quite nice. It was pretty close to a lot of activities though, so if you can handle a unique neighborhood then it’s great. Some quick pros - lots of room, pretty deck with a nice view, good wifi if you need to work, have amenities like toiletries and coffee (but no filters…we left some behind) and fun games downstairs for the kids. Cons- clogged toilet and shower drain in one of the upstairs bathrooms, cleaning crew didn’t have time to put dishes in dishwasher away, and wish I would have been better informed about the neighborhood. Overall this owners have done a nice job, but as someone who also runs a VRBO, the property manager and cleaning crew they use could use some work in my opinion.

Great setup for our adult family. Room to spread, enjoyed the game room and spacious table to play games. Morning coffee was enjoyed by a great view of Garden of the Gods in the distance. Convenient to explore Old Colorado and Manitou Springs. Kitchen was equipped to do cooking. Host had great communication and was responsive to questions.
