Professionally designed and decorated, this home was set up to be a warm and welcoming space for families and small groups traveling to the area to enjoy our beautiful city. Primarily on one level, you'll enter the front door into the living room and dining room. You'll find the Master Bedroom off of the living room and the kitchen directly past the dining room. The kitchen also has access to the half-bath (toilet and sink/vanity) and the laundry room. Across from the laundry room is one full bathroom and access to the second bedroom and the door to the back patio. Through this second bedroom you walk down a set of stairs to access the third bedroom with bay windows and the full bathroom ensuite. Bedroom Sleeping Setup: Master Bedroom with King Bed Second Bedroom with Queen Bed Third Bedroom with Queen Bed and full bathroom en-suite The couch in the living room also folds out into a Queen Bed for additional sleeping room. You'll have full use of the house, laundry and backyard with the amazing hot tub, fire pit and grill. On-street parking or private parking spaces right on the east corner of the lot off the alley are available! Set in a charming and mature neighborhood with large trees, this place offers it all. You will have convenient access just one minute from the main interstate (I-25) and will be within 5 minutes to downtown, local breweries and other great amenities. If you're looking to go to Garden of the Gods then you're in for a treat with a quick 10 minute drive! With another short drive you can find the Lincoln Center, a historic school building converted into a bustling attraction for libations and craft eateries. We recommend Building Three Coffee and Nightingale Bakery! Plus, you're only 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy! Also, note that there is the Santa Fe Trail System which is a great biking and pedestrian trail system for commuters. If you have bikes you can easily get downtown on this trail system. Please Note: The truck and camper parked on the west side of the property are occupied by our groundskeeper Robert who is very kind and keeps to himself. Also of note, you will see a Service Fee for $60 on your reservation. This is a damage waiver fee automatically applied to your reservation to protect you in the event any covered damage occurs during your stay. Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you! Short Term Rental Permit#: A-STRP-23-1293 - Please take care of our home - we've put in a lot of effort to make our home special for you! :) - Please be a good neighbor: quiet time after 9:30 pm. - Be respectful of the neighborhood, no loud speakers outdoors. - Large and disruptive parties and/or neighborhood disturbances may result in a fine. - Please take your trash and recycle to the cans located by the parking spaces (recycle only numbered plastics, paper products and aluminum/metal cans). There is NO compost bin. - Pets must be contained on the premises at all times and which is solely the responsibility of the pet owner/custodian. - Please leash and obey city laws when walking pets. Guest(s) assume all responsibility and liability for their pets during their stay. - Be honest about the number of people and pet(s) in your party when booking. The property is monitored by cameras. - The hot tub is to be supervised by adults while in use. Minors must be accompanied by adults. - Read and obey hot tub signage: no food, alcohol or glassware in the hot tub at any time, no exceptions. - Please no skinny dipping in hot tub, the back door is monitored by a security camera. - Minimum age to rent is 25.
