This was an amazing hotel to stay in with my parents and my children. Lots of space for everyone and our room was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The suite was so nice and clean. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make ourselves lovely meals instead of always dining out. Not to mention that there was a grocery store just 2 blocks away. The pool and roof top terrasse are amazing and the staff was so sweet with our dog. We will be staying here again for sure!

great location, great breakfast.

Great location, but rooms a little tired. Breakfast adequate but nothing more.

The place is clean, near of all, service is great.

The hotel is in a perfect location (right by the McGill campus, which I visited; close to the Central Station, metro, etc.). It was less expensive than other hotel options nearby, but more value. Rooms are spacious, with kitchens; there is a swimming pool and a small gym. The breakfast has quite a few options.

Rooms were excellent size and property was close to most sightseeing places. Parking was very tight and the room was a little noisy due to hearing the water running from other rooms. Would stay again.

The hotel was pretty bare-bones and run down. Location was good. The neighborhood is rough, but that seems to be true of most of Montreal - lots of homeless, trash, and graffiti everywhere. This neighborhood was easy to get around and walkable. The room was quiet and spacious. Not the cleanest and not a lot of amenities - think shampoo and bar soap, no conditioner or lotion. Breakfast was provided and had lots of options, but we didn’t partake while we were there. I also never spotted how to get in with a wheelchair. We had a stroller and just carried it up and down the stairs every time. Staff never suggested another option even though they saw us. Since we were traveling with a toddler it was nice to have a true bedroom so we didn’t all have to share the same bedtime.

Fantastic experience! The place was so cozy! We rented a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment room. Lovely view from the balcony.old furniture and decorations but the place was so clean. Only think I would change is to provide one additional seat on living room, since it's rented for 4 adults but only comfy seating for 3. Place was very convenient to metro or buses. East to get around town from location. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Amazing service and comfortable stay.

Run down, bed bugs in room, and rodents in parking lot.

Clean rooms. Quiet. Good breakfast and great location.

It was good. In march the AC is not in function and the room temperature was through the roof which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. But otherwise the staff was friendly and professional, the pool is great.

The hotel was very accommodating and very eclectic with travellers and locals staying at the property. The breakfasts were good and reception always helpful.
Thank you and hope to stay there again on our next visit.

The property is phenomenal and a hidden gem. The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price! However, the room was not what was shown in the Expedia reservation email. We expected a larger room. Expedia used the wrong photos in their email, which was disappointing. However, the crew re-assigned us to a little larger room at a higher floor; highly appreciated. The receptionist gave us the wrong information that the laundromat doesn’t require coins. We couldn’t wash our clothes on the evening of the last day!

Perfect hotel for our group of four sight seeing in downtown Montreal. Excellent value for this price. Our only complaint was how warm the hotel was and the inability to adjust the temperature in our suite.

Room was very spacious and clean and excellent value for money. Also I had no issue with an early check in which I desperately needed. I was not charged for it either as I had been in another Montréal hotel. And finally, after I forgot some items in the room, the hotel found it and shipped it back to me! I would stay here again.

L’appartement hôtel is conveniently located downtown, great for a modest budget. Booking a room was easy. I got a call a few weeks before my arrival to let me know the pool was under reconstruction. Another hotel pool is available nearby. I really appreciated the proactive communication. Check-in was super easy! Front desk staff, Felix and Camille, were gracious and efficient. I ended up having an urgent situation, needed to leave earlier than expected. They made the process super easy and were able to refund my reservation for the next night. They were very kind which I appreciate so much. The garage is tight on space as noted, but is warm, very clean and freshly painted. It was recommended to go to level 2 more space to park. The unloading area is behind the hotel off the side street Rue Durocher. That’s also where you access the garage - you need to get your room key card to swipe it the top of the ramp. I asked for a quiet room at reservation, received a response right away. It was quiet & spotless room on the 15th floor. I was able to open the window. It was warm, big properties have big heating systems. Balcony looked nice. Facing the Balcony, city view. Kitchen nice, clean, kettle and coffee supplies too, good sized fridge. Bathroom also spotless. The bed was terrific. Pillows were great, linens seemed new. Furniture was fine. Elevators are a little slow, so plan accordingly! Better than most modest NYC apartments, good for a long stay as well. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Handy to have kitchen in room with grocery store nearby. The only issue was that the in-room thermostat didn't do anything: while having effective heating in a Montreal winter is a must, it was a little too effective and it got rather stuffy (the only way to regulate the temperature was to open the window -- not ideal when it's -15 outside).

It is conveniently located at walking distance from
Old Montreal, shopping area, museums and restaurants. Very clean. Good breakfast. Super nice
staff. Very reasonable price for all the above. We will certainly be back. The only negative note is that there are 2 EV chargers. These spots should be for those customers that need to recharge their vehicles instead of being inappropriately taken by owners of regular cars.

It was a very good experience the stuff is super friendly price-wise it's affordable gives me the luxury of having my own little apartment and the flexibility and the freedom to prepare my food the way I like. Very clean please and the room service is fantastic the front desk stuff are very very friendly and they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure everybody is comfortable the positive energy of this please is remarkable and after that it is in Montreal downtown very close to everything absolutely if I'm going to visit Maria once again and book with this hotel very good job guys keep that great work

We are a family of 3 and stayed in one bed room suite. It was a nice stay!! The room was immaculately clean, the pool was a nice bonus and the breakfast was exellent!! Just one thing...the couch bed in the living room wasn't comfortable...my husband woke up a couple of times...

Although a bit dated, great value in very well located area. Suite with ability to make small meals. Spacious compared to today's hotel room standards. Clean and safe.
