Our only complaint was the traffic noise. Horrible.

Seemed new and well kempt, but the service was lacking/rude and they did not accept the parking reservation I made through hotels.com

Very comfortable modern hotel. I recommend the river side rooms, as the other side is close to street traffic which can be noisy.

Terrible experience! Arrived tired at 11 pm and we thought the windows in our room were open as it was so noisy (there’s a highway on the side of the hotel). They were not open, just flimsy windows that couldn’t keep the noise out. Our door wasn’t closing (dead bolt broken). I asked for a different room. They said yes, waited at the lobby with my child who was falling asleep on the couch. At midnight we finally got a different room. Still noisy but lock was working…however the ac/heating was not working!!! With my child asleep and being already past 12 am I decided to just stay in that malfunction (and dirty room). Terrible hotel!

Nice quiet hotel, minutes from U Pitt. Walking trails, onsite restaurant. Very clean and updated hotel. Staff was friendly and accomodating..

The rooms are great - clean, new, comfortable. The two big problems are that if you aren’t there for the tech center, it’s not convenient to anything. Buses run only to downtown not to any other neighborhood.
We also had a negative experience with the check in staff. We were early (like 10:30am) after flying in from Raleigh. I always ask to see if there’s a room available early. Most hotels check and the answer is either yes (and we check in) or no (and they store luggage until it’s available). This time it felt like it was a major effort for the staff to get up from their stool and check on availability. I was told repeatedly that she could get in trouble for even checking. Miraculously there was a room available and we were able to check in, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

It's fine for a sleep. Comfy beds, good bathroom experience, nice towels. Didn't feel particularly clean, though not dirty, except for the coffee mugs. Kuerig not functioning, so fetched some bad coffee with coffee mate from the lobby. Drab rooms with dark paint made it seem dreary; maybe striving for modern, but kinda missed the mark. Bright and spacious restaurant, but slow service and mediocre food. Ordered tea, and received a mug of warm water with a teabag in it. Disappointing. Be mindful there is a highway on one side of the hotel, and if you're staying there, request you be placed on the other side. If you're not used to city sounds it may be disturbing.

Great staff and local shuttle services, nice rooms and workout facilities. Loved the shower. Our room faced the road and was low, so there was some noise. Double-paning those windows might help (but the ear plugs were apprehended).

Hotel was loud with thruway outside my window and charged for parking was not ideal.

The girl at the front desk wrote the wrong room number on our key card. Imagine it being 1am and having a stranger trying to open your hotel room door.

I had a good time. Me and my husband go very often. The linen fresh and it wasn't clean. I was disappointed but overall we had a good stay!

When i first came in i wasn’t greeted the front desk made me feel uncomfortable checking in , i booked for a river view and they put me on the second floor where when you open the windows all you could see is there garage and ventilation system, the covers had black stains on them and hair was in the shower

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary to go watch the pens game that night! Checking in was so easy, the staff were super friendly and the overall experience was amazing! The restaurant inside the hotel is also great! The food was amazing and the bartender was very friendly! Would stay here again!!!

The lobby is huge and has a beautiful Industrial decor. Stunning. Check in was quick. Parking was $22 a night.
My double bed suite was very roomy. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had mold and dirty grungy floor with a rusted drain. The bathroom ruined the stay.
Also the restaurant and bar closed early and there is no other place near there to have a snack or drink. It was disappointing. There was only one elevator working and had long wait and had to ride the elevator with the housekeeping carts. For the prices they charge they definitely need to make changes and get more staff.

Location is good, breakfast very nice

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. This time, I found out about the patio rooftop and feel upset I didn’t know about it previously. It’s awesome. What wasn’t awesome, and not the fault of the hotel, was the lantern flies. Gross. They were everywhere.

It was decorated very nicely, and everything seemed brand new.
I wish the front desk knew just a little more about public transportation in the area

Nice newer hotel. Quite pricey. The breakfast is slow. Silly to pay $30 for parking when there is literally no cars in area w multiple empty lots and ramp… nice rooms. No microwave in rooms.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff is excellent.
Small but very nice gym.
Location is a bit difficult to get to from Oakland, especially with the traffic on Bates St.
One elevator was out of service, the other elevator was very slow. Ridiculous wait time to go up and down.
Food and service at Eliza's is great.
Rooms facing the Parkway are quite noisy.

. Should not have gone thru expedia could have saved $100 if direct because they have a hospital rate.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, convenient and they have shuttle to Acrisure stadium. The only thing that was not so positive was the highway noise right outside the window

This hotel is nice. Road noise is annoying and there is not a lot of stuff very close by. Complimentary coffee was not out until almost 7am both days :(. They charged for parking $22 a day and they didn't the last time I stayed here.

Always very clean and convenient. However, for the price...a complimentary bottle of water or two in the room would be nice!

Nice hotel but a bit noisy and away from anything.

The room are really nice. I was quite surprise how roomy it is.

A place to have a peaceful stay

disinterested staff, though smiley. Kind of a bare-minimum place, which we kind of knew going in. But, cheap mattress and pillows spoiled the stay - they seemed to save money everywhere they could, regardless of outcome.

Very nice hotel. The restaurant was great! Road noise but overall good experience.
