Absolutely horrible. Was charged $25 pet fee in a pet urine room. The beds were horrible. No hand soap. No tissues. No fridge or microwave. Pretty sure this is used for drug users. Horrible part of town. Everything about the hotel was horrible. And it still was $121 for one night.

Leftovers were in the refrigerator. Entryway light bulb by the closet did not work. TV power cord and cable were detached from the TV. The dresser drawers were pulled out and the sofa cushions were flipped up on the sofa sleeper. The staff at the desk were very polite and professional.

Booked this location months ago to lock in a low rate for a busy spring weekend. We were a little uncertain about the location when we arrived. Not the best part of town and many people lingering around the casino. However there was a security guard on site, all access required key cards and it was surprisingly quiet even though there were a number of high school groups there. Bathroom had avocado green tiles, but everything was clean and in working order. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay while volunteering at the annual Reno Jazz Festival.

This place is super run down. our room didn't have a room number on it bc it was room 420 and they didn't replace the number when some pot head stole it. Shower knobs didn't work unless you pushed them sideways bc they were stripped out. the casino adjacent to the lobby smells horrific. Gunshots at 1am on Saturday night (9 in total), no sirens.
No microwave, no fridge, no maid service, no comforters on the beds. All this and it wasn't cheap.
Beds were comfortable and black out curtains shielded the blazing bright parking lot lights.

At first glance it seems nice but if you look a little more closely it’s not so clean the bed was not comfortable nor the pillows their was no curtains to keep the sun out just a thin white see through curtain so their was no escaping the sun once it was up I would not go back

Place was clean , a little bit noise from the other guest but other than that it was great.

I got what I paid for that’s for sure! This Ramada is what I would consider a motel. Very old. Bathroom tub was dirty and slow draining. It even had a beer bottle opener attached to the sink! Right outside of the hotel was a run down casino. So the many outsiders were drunk and walking around the hotel entrance. Not a safe place for family. Would not recommend anyone staying there!

You get what you pay for. Place is not in the best area but the room was clean and no problems at all. Over all place was good. I would stay there again.

Slow service registering. Room didn’t have functional TV. Called front desk - they sent someone up and he acknowledged they were having issues and didn’t know how to fix TV. So didn’t have access to TV for the evening. Then there was a nightclub where we could hear music till 1AM - not the hotels fault but still thought should mention that our stay was horrible.

Over the past 35 years I've lodged at virtually every hotel in Reno. Until last night, except the Ramada. No, it ain't glamorous.
- Street folk stumbling all over the parking lot and casino, but not in the hotel itself. Nicely Done.
- My Q7 wasnt molested overnight in the parking lot; a welcome shock.
The Staff is great. Really! No, seriously: they have a down-to-earth easy-going vibe that I guarantee you will not find anywhere else in Reno or Vegas. They genuinely seem content with their job, with each other, and with guests. Truly odd, but why not bask in the unexpected?

This hotel is outdated. But the rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. If you are looking to save some money there is nothing wrong with the rooms here.

Room was not clean.. There was pee all over the toilet. They moved us to a different room, but it took forever. The other room was also a down grade. Hotel is completely falling apart and disgusting.

Location could be better. Neighborhood wasn't the safest or a spot for pets. Access was easy to get to

Outdated room the mattress was beyond then and super uncomfortable. Entire hotel run down with stained floors. House keeping never came to clean our room.

Our over all stay was good, room was clean and comfortable.
However I was very disappointed in your check in service, it was Not the employee, it was the fact that on a Friday afternoon in a big hotel that you only had one person working the front desk, there was a line out the door, of people trying to check in, the phone was ringing with hotel guest, the pour guy had to keep telling them he couldn’t help them right now and it would be a couple hours before he could, my father & I were on a tight schedule and needed to get our rooms, change, and travel 20 mins to our engagement. I waited in line for over 30 min to find out I needed my dad’s driver’s license to get him checked into his room, even though I’m the one that paid ahead of time for the rooms. No where on the front desk or through my booking site did it say I would need his driver’s license to check him into a room I paid for. My dad does not walk very well so he was in the car waiting for me. We ended up just getting checked into my room, made sure his room was reserved, changed our clothes in my room, went to our engagement, almost late, and then had to finish getting his room when we got back, & still had a line to stand in. It was Very Frustrating. You are a big Hotel, you should have at least 3 people working your front desk and at least one other person to help people who are calling the front desk.

Great place to spend a night on the road. Very comfortable bed. I slept through the night, which is very uncommon, and woke feeling refreshed and no pains from an uncomfortable bed.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing. Only thing I do not recommend is the casino next door.
2.0
The other is rather sketchy and the WiFi doesn't work. I called before booking and was assured the Internet was stable and you can use it for business. None of it was true. The casino is small, dirty and low quality slots.
