Located in Colorado Springs, this charming house for R 5,969 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly renovated 5 bed 3 bath mountain home! This designers kitchen is to die for! Enjoy quartz countertops and custom cabinetry (along with bonus full kitchen downstairs) This spacious home is excellent for large groups or big families. The home offers a rare THREE king sized beds as well as two queens and plenty of bonus sleeping arrangements if needed, enough to accommodate 5 more individuals comfortably, totaling 13 adults (14 if your group has kids). The home not only has two kitchens but two living areas as well! The upstairs deck comes equipped with a propane fire pit and patio furniture as well as views of Garden of the Gods and pikes peak! Downstairs the back patio offers another propane fire pit with seating, and a propane grill. There’s enough parking for 3 or 4 cars in the designated driveways and more parking on the street is available if needed. Neighborhood is walkable to crumbl cookies, a wine and spirits shop, grocery store, fuzzys tacos, mod pizza, and more! You will be less than 5 minutes away from Downtown Colorado Springs as well as the Broadmoor Resort and the Broadmoor World Arena. Convenient access to Old Colorado City. There are numerous trail systems and outdoor activities close by including Garden of the Gods, mountain biking and hiking at North Cheyenne Canyon, and more.

We booked this location for 12 girls and it was amazing! The home was soooo pretty, very clean, and it was very spacious. We were so impressed with the number of towels and covers/pillows there was available. The kitchen was packed with all sorts of utensils and cooking needs. There was tons of wine glasses, water glasses, and cocktail glasses. I can't rave enough about it. Even the fridge/spice rack had great variety. There was 3 bathrooms and mirrors available for everyone to get ready and the beds were all very comfy and clean. The home itself is located so close to restaurants, a Safeway (3 min down the road), and downtown! We rented 2 vehicles and they fit great in the spacious driveway. The house also has a garage in case you need to put a vehicle in there. The host was very nice and respectful and super communicative for check-in and even provided recommendations for us to visit nightlife in Colorado Springs downtown. I highly recommend this property for your next stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our mixed families of 11 ranging in age from 6 mos. to 64! We enjoyed the large kitchen and open feel of the upper level. The lower level was such a bonus to have another kitchen, patio, and entire living space. We traveled to participate in a 5k fundraiser for Histiocytosis held at Cheyenne State Park and the Broadmoor and we were close to both locations and all of the other sites that we visited. The kitchen was was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the patio throughout the day had plenty of seating options. The host was always available if we had questions. Located in a quiet neighborhood we felt right at home. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back to Colorado Springs next year. Thank you from our entire family for opening your home to us. This home was perfect for our stay. We had two families of five and each family had they’re own space if desired. The home is centrally located and was in easy driving distance of everything we wanted to take in such as Royal Gorge, garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls etc. The home was well furnished and clean. The owner was very responsive and great to work with!

We had a group of 10 with 5 kiddos and 5 adults, plenty of room for us all. Very clean cozy, with 2 kitchens!! it was close to a grocery store and plenty of things to do such as Zoo, nice park not to far. I have nothing bad to say here and would recommend to anyone needing a place in the area. another bonus was 2 driveways... i personally have found parking an issue at VRBOS.... Also close to Crumble Cookies in which the owners gave a little Good wishes surprise from, as my husband was 1 of the many contenders for the legendary Pike Peak Race which is the reason for the trip. Great communication and thoughtful property managers!!

The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The beds were all super comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking tools you might need. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that's about 3 minutes from a grocery store, some shops, and the interstate. Alex was super communicative and helpful.

This house was perfect! We had a number of family coming in from out of town to help us celebrate our son's graduation. Instead of separate hotel reservations for everyone, we decided to get a house to accommodate as many as we could. Instead of large dinner and brunch gatherings at restaurants, we decided to host dinner and brunch at the house. This house proved to be the perfect place for both. The bedrooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. The two separate living areas were perfect for when the "kids" wanted to go hang out downstairs by themselves. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to host meals. (I brought a lot of serving dishes and other things, just in case, but didn't need most of it.) The deck was a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and cocktail at night. The neighborhood was perfect for a long morning walk to enjoy the Colorado weather. Deer wandered down the street in the evening. We were close to everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly and communication with the host was easy and efficient. They were very responsive to all questions ahead of our arrival. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The weekend went smoothly and we all agreed the house proved a perfect choice for our needs. Highly recommend!
