The kitchen has newer updated appliances with plenty of space to cook. The dining room, which is also open to this space, has additional seating for six and also has access to a large private deck. The hot tub is completely private and offers great views of the San Miguel River. To the right of the entry is the first bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and a small riverside deck. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is attached. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area and it features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a stall shower with stack-able private laundry. Spiral stairs lead up to the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, private deck and bathroom.
