BEDROOM SETUP Bedroom 1: King Bed Shared Space: Sofa Bed We understand that your trip is a carefully planned experience, and we're committed to providing a stay that exceeds your expectations. With attention to detail and a focus on your comfort, our space offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Guest Access: During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit! This is a side-by-side duplex setup and the other half is rented separately with their own parking space, private entry, and private unit. The Neighborhood: Being downtown, you are close enough to walk to all the great spots, including a neighborhood market called Bread & Butter, and a top favorite spot for breakfast called Denver Biscuit. Only a block and a half away and you can enjoy a wide variety of foods at COATI that will be sure to light up your tastebuds! Located about 1 mile away, there are 3 laundromats close by in case you find yourself needing to do some laundry! Getting Around: Located in downtown Colorado Springs across from the police station, you are walking distance to delicious foods, drinks, and the nightlife if that's your scene! There are also scooters throughout downtown and the surrounding areas that you are welcome to rent for such great prices and you're only charged for the distance you ride them! So much fun! Other Things to Note: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. *Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. There are two separate units to this duplex setup. The other unit is rented out separately. Parking: There is a bright green permit with a yellow section on it in the mailbox out front. This little town home has everything you need for a homey stay in Colorado Springs. There’s a window unit in the bedroom (for those of us that need the AC) and plenty of fans to cool us down. The stairs are a little steeper than expected. Snacks and beverages provided were welcomed and appreciated. We would love to stay again if we’re ever back in the neighborhood.

Pros: excellent communication with property manager, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, extra blankets, games, and fans, police station across the street. Cons: steep and narrow steps, galley bathroom, downstairs bathroom (for anyone that gets up during the night), small window unit upstairs, bathroom gets hot after showering with no exhaust, the area has a lot of homeless people a couple of blocks away. The tv’s and coffee pot didn’t work. After troubleshooting, the tv’s needed new remote batteries. A new coffee pot and extra batteries were delivered. I had to drive 12 minutes the 1st morning to get coffee. The property manager is on top of all requests.

This amazing VRBO that has everything you need for a comfortable stay! With one bedroom, one pullout, and one bathroom, this cozy property can accommodate up to four guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep and be just a short five-minute walk away from downtown. Plus, with a maximum 15-min drive to any hiking destination in Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs, you'll have easy access to all the outdoor activities you love. During my stay, the owner Kaitlin was fantastic and responsive, making our experience even better. Don't miss out on the chance to experience a fantastic stay in Colorado Springs!
