Simple, modern, very clean room and I’m one of those picky people. Perfect for an overnight stay. Walkable area. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Absolutely stunning. 5-star stay.
Both my girlfriend and I loved this place.

Clean, cute, and well appointed. The room was big enough to sleep in but too small for any visitors. Only one chair. Next time I go to the Santa Barbara Bowl, I'll certainly stay there. Free parking.

Honestly this place doesn’t get the hype it deserves. Quiet, reserved, not in a crowded area. It’s also a few minutes walk away from downtown SB (so many shops and food) Beautiful property and 10/10 communication. The rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. I stayed in a single queen bed, it was spacier than I thought (and for 2 people ). The decor is great and gives off upscale vibes. Shoutout to the designers!! Will be my #1 option whenever I am in the area again !

My stay at Casa Jardin was great! Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures! Everything looked very well upkept and clean! The bed is so comfy as well! Everything was walking distance from the place
too. Really nice and safe area to stay!

Casa Jardin was well presented, clean and a good location for us.
The 4pm check in time was inconvenient - I hadn't realised there was no reception on the property (I should have checked more closely). We had arrived on the train late morning and had nowhere to put our luggage until check in. Perhaps a storage locker could be made available in the future for others in the same situation?
We also found the place quite loud - the neighbourhood is quiet, but we could hear every doorstep from our neighbours upstairs. It's all hard flooring - perhaps some rugs would help dampen the noise, or a warning to upstairs guests to keep it down - they sounded like a herd of elephants when we were trying to sleep!
We also found it slightly odd that a place for two only had one chair, so one person had to eat breakfast sitting on the bed.
Overall, still a decent stay in Santa Barbara.

Everything about this place was perfect. Communication cleanliness areas seems very safe. All that was great.

I loved the check-in process, like, nothing to do but open the door! everything was clean, new, super comfortable and pleasant. I will make this my go-to accomodation for visits to Santa Barbara because it's affordable, reliable and luxurious

Casa Jardin had all the amenities that I was looking for. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The parking was a bit limited, but it had quite a few spots. The location to State Street was great which made walking the area very accessible. Management was always checking to insure a positive experience. I would return to this hotel.

Great location and great neighbourhood

Nice little room for a one night stay even with for two people. It ha d pretty much everything we needed. I surprisingly didn’t feel cramped with limited space we had. The only down fall were the thin walls, I could hear the guest talking at night. There is a small parking lot in the back too and it seems to be enough parking for everyone staying there too. Very close to the down town area so if you’re in the mood of walking, this is perfect.

Very easy to get into the room. Room was very comfortable and quiet at night. Great location—short walk to lots of restaurants etc. Would recommend and would stay here again when in Santa Barbara!

Everything was great! We were a bit confused initially by the door, but if you just pull towards you THEN push, it opens easily every time.

Location is great. The space was clean and had pretty much everything that you’d need. The door code wasn’t working so I reached out via text and they responded right away and got the physical key for me to use the rest of the trip so that was a crisis averted.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. The room seemed very new and clean with thoughtful amenities. Perfect for a single traveler or couple. Price seemed very reasonable for the neighborhood. I'd go back!

This is perfect if you like a quieter area. Even though it’s not in a touristy area, it’s very walkable to everything on State Street. We come to Santa Barbara often and I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, perfect for 2 people, so clean. IT’s everything you would need for a get away. I would book again!

The perfect place for our short getaway! Casa Jardin is cozy and clean, with our kitchen needs met for making tea and storing/reheating leftovers from local dining. We were staying for a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl, which was walking distance, so we didn't have to worry about parking or traffic for our concert. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Downtown Santa Barbara is walkable from this stay as well, for shops and nightlife. Short drive to the beach.

We wanted to love this place. Considering how small the space is, they make the most of it. It’s far enough to be away from the noise of downtown, but close enough to walk (in comfy shoes). I specifically picked this place based on the reviews of how clean this place was, unfortunately as soon as we lifted the blanket we could see dirt and hair in the bedding. They came within 30 minutes of being notified and replaced all of our bedding. After she left, we noticed that the pillow case she just put on was dirty. We didn’t bother calling them again, we just didn’t use it. The walls are really thin so we can hear the people above us and it is a bit bright at night due to all of the appliance power lights in such a small space. Ear plugs and sleeping masks are provided in the drawers though. Hoping our experience was an outlier.

The rooms were tastefully done. Very modern and high end fixtures. There is contactless check in which is great and fast. Plenty of free parking and the property is very quiet. It is also conveniently located close to the freeway and also walk-able to restaurants and other entertainment.

Loved this place! Great location, room and building super clean and modern. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Communication was awesome and helpful.

The management is very responsive and check in was very easy. Place is clean and has plenty of amenities (hand soap, paper towels, Nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel,).
I stayed alone in Unit 2 and it was fine; if there were two people, I would have felt a bit cramped. They do have larger units but I haven't seen them.
It was an easy walk to Ralphs Market, Modern Laundry, Santa Barbara Trapeze School, and even Stern's Wharf.
I didn't have a car, but there is parking behind the building.
I stayed for 13 days and had housekeeping once. I would have liked a toaster and a broom/dust pan to sweep the floor. I would definitely consider Casa Jardin next time I'm in Santa Barbara!

Excellent condition and great location

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, felt new and fresh, and I loved the self-service model for check in. Plenty of parking off the street, and in a nice quiet area of downtown Santa Barbara - walking distance to State Street and Santa Barbara Bowl. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends/family.
One note/suggestion: Make sure to bring your plug for any phone or laptop chargers. There is not a place to plug in a USB cord (at least not that I found).

no lobby, no staff to check you in. You have to figure it out for yourself. Price was misrepresented online. "Hotel fees" were almost as much as the room rate. Would not stay there again.

Clean and updated interior. Very well equipped. Host responded to my questions promptly. Will definitely book again next time we come.

Very clean and modern accommodations with nice amenities. We didn’t get an email with the code to our room but I called and was immediately helped. Walking distance to SB bowl and downtown. Overall it was a lovely stay.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be able to get in the unit, even though it was ready by the time we got there, which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise everything was fine

My husband and I planned a small get away before summer is over and we start work once again. This location was perfect. It was a 5min drive from the beach and two blocks away from the stores and eateries. Once we arrived it seemed like an upscale apartment complex and our room was so nice (clean and very Modern). We loved all the amenities that were offered from the microwave to the free parking and not to mention the Smart TV, coffee, tea, mini fridge, and the AC. On our last night we decided to drive to the public market 6 mins away(where you can buy diffent types of food from burritos to pizza and even smash burgers) order out and then go to Ralph’s and make a charcuterie board along with a bottle of wine and enjoy our last night watching movies before our drive back home. Our room was so nice, it felt like home away from home. It is definitely a place we will be booking again in the future. Also, you can’t beat the price and location. Perfect for a romantic get away, and to recharge from a chaotic schedule.

It’s a really nice place! We loved our stay at this place and will be going back soon.

It’s such a pleasant surprise- the unit is simple, modern and beautiful. Although small, it’s very very clean and it seems to be almost brand new. I can’t find a grain of dust or any imperfections in the unit. The cleaning crew does an amazing job. We love our stay. Parking is included. Walkabilty is high. We can walk to the courthouse, three museums, the famous State Street and even the beach. Everything is just minutes away by walking. We had a super fun time at Santa Barbara. This place made it complete.

10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5 or whatever the rating is, I would most definitely stay here again! This place has thought of everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation. Refrigerator? Check. Microwave? Check. Hot water kettle? Check. Dishes, glassware, utensils? Check. Toiletries? Check. Nespresso machine and a tea selection? BONUS! The ac unit was quiet, and brand new. Flat screen had Google TV. Netflix, YouTube, and Prime. WiFi was fast anf private to each unit. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. There is a single, free parking space per unit, and from what I saw, plenty of on street parking. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe and walking distance from a few restaurants and the courthouse which is a point of interest. The only thing I wish they had, if I were to be nit picky, was a hot plate or induction stove. But considering that there isn't a ventilation system in place for that in the particular unit we stayed in, I can definitely understand why it wasn't made available. I'm excited to bring my family here and to stay in one of the bigger units with the full kitchen and washer and dryer. This beautiful property has put plenty of thought into their updated appliances and decor. I would recommend to anyone who asked where to stay in Santa Barbara to come check this place out. I just hope they don't hike up the prices. Especially for how much amenities they offer.

Great experience at Casa Jardin. I stayed in room 7 and it was perfect for my one night stay. The room and everything in it is brand new and tastefully designed. High quality everything, nice Nespresso machine too. The location is very convenient and the room was spotless! I called their hospitality line before my stay as I had some questions and their team was amazing, helpful and nice. This will be my go-to place for all Santa Barbara visits. I loved the private parking lot too!

The bed was very firm; a bit too firm. Other than that, may I recommend providing lotion?
