Perfect for families and groups of up to 14, this fun getaway offers a one-of-a-kind experience filled with endless entertainment and fun. Book now to secure your spot and indulge in the ultimate Dolly Parton-themed adventure in the heart of the Smoky Mountains! 🕺🎵 This brand-new Dolly Parton themed cabin is located in the SaddleBack Ridge Community surrounded by beautiful views as you drive up. The cabin is easy to access on paved roads and is in the back of a very nice residential neighborhood, 2 miles from Downtown Sevierville & 2.5 miles to the Parkway. Cabin has private parking for up to four cars. 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway and the 4th vehicle can be parked on the side of the road. Families with small children are encouraged to stay, but please note the cabin has not been specially setup to be baby- or toddler-proofed. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and all children must be supervised by a responsible adult. ☞ We are thrilled to be part of a growing community! There's a new home blossoming next door, with construction underway. We've taken measures to ensure your peaceful stay, yet there might be some daytime activity. Your understanding and excitement for the local development are much appreciated! ☞ KITCHEN: New and fully stocked kitchen with appliances like a ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, plus all the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal. ☞ LIVING ROOM: Large open living room with a sectional couch, electric fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a perfect place for movie night for the entire family. ☞ COFFEE BAR: French press, Keurig, iced coffee, pour over, drip coffee, and electric kettle. A starter pack up 10 K-cups is included. ☞ HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, board games, arcade room, indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, work desk with monitor, and BBQ grill. ☞ GRILL: We have a 4 burner propane grill on the property. Our cleaners do the best they can at making sure the propane tanks stay full. If for any reason we run out, we will reimburse you for the refill. We also request our guest to brush off the grill after use so that it is useable for the next guest. This is the one area that our cleaners do not focus on, but we do have another company that comes periodically to maintain it. ☞ INDOOR PLUNGE POOL: This is heated to 82-85 degrees. Do not expect this to feel like a hot tub that is 103 degrees. This pool is just warm enough where you can swim in all year. Absolutely no diving as the pool is 5 feet deep and 12 X 10 feet. ☞ SAUNA: Infrared Sauna takes about 60 minutes to heat up (and sometimes longer). It will get up to 130 degrees. ☞ HOT TUB: Hot Tub seats up to 7 people. Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, the hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. ☞ ARCADE ROOM: located on the lower level and is where the fun happens. This Dolly Parton and disco themed arcade room with colorful lights and all the arcades you can think of will surely make for memorable family moments. We have Mortal Kombat II, Street Fighter II, Ms. Pac Man, The Simpsons, Ninja Turtles, Terminator 2, Golden Tee 3D, NBA Jam, and a multicade. ☞ GAME ROOM: We have converted our garage into a game room. This has a ping pong table, putting green, and foosball table. ☞ GYM: Lululemon workout mirror, dumbbells, weight bench, resistance bands, and chirp wheel. ☞ BEDROOM 1 (Master): Located on the main floor off from the living room. King size bed with its own private bathroom and access to the deck | 50" Smart TV. ☞ BEDROOM 2 (upstairs): King size bed and access to a shared bathroom with Room 3 | 50" Smart TV. ☞ BEDROOM 3 (upstairs): King size bed with a private closet and access to a shared bathroom | 50" Smart TV. ☞ BEDROOM 4 (upstairs) Bunk room with 2 queen sized beds and a queen size trundle. This room can sleep 6 comfortably and has private closet. Perfect for young adults or kids and is Smoky Mountain Park themed | 43" Smart TV. ☞ BEDROOM 5 (upstairs) King size bed with a private closet and access to a shared bathroom | 50" Smart TV. ☞ All rooms upstairs share "Jack and Jill" style bathrooms. ☞ All TV's have access to YouTube TV. ☞ Cleanliness Commitment: Ensuring a pristine environment for our guests ranks high among our priorities. We uphold stringent cleaning standards, going above and beyond to ensure you find your space immaculately maintained. If for any reason, the cleanliness does not meet your expectations and you let us know within the first 24 hours, we will pay to have our cleaning team back out during your stay.

We had a group of 14 and had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The owners were great to deal with. The house was in a perfect location and only minutes from town. We had lots of room and had plenty of amenties to enjoy from the pool, arcades and hot tub. We had a blast and can't wait to return.

Our family really enjoyed the cabin. Lots of room and great amenities. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games as well as the foosball and ping pong table. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout fit our needs perfectly. Lots of time spent in the hot tub as well. Would definitely go back to this place.

We can't stop, won't stop talking about our incredible stay at Dolly's Mountain Disco! Hosts were a dream to work providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out while offering personal recommendations and even a special treat delivery. The cabin was impeccably clean and provided something fun for all ages. Parents could sip coffee on the porch in the mornings or relax in the hot tub at night while teens swam and took Instagram-worthy photos, and the kiddos played in the arcade until bedtime. The only problem was we decided to cut one of our Dollywood days so we could stay and enjoy the cabin more! Our favorite part of the cabin was that it was nestled in the mountains and felt very secluded but still close to town. Great views with privacy and convenience. We can't wait for our return trip.

David and Keri are such great hosts!! Of all the times using Vrbo, they are hands down the ones that put the most care in to making the experience great for everyone. Lines of communciation remain open throughout the stay, and they even sent a little surpise thank you. The cabin matched all the descriptions in the listing perfectly. This trip included all ages and everyone loved the cabin, from the amazingly comfortable beds, to the pool, game room, and hot tub. The layout is spot on for the needs of a large group. Everyone has their own space, and there are several common areas to stay together. We will definitely be back to visit!!!
