It’s a great location for a one-night stay, despite lacking some amenities.

It’s super close to the Paramount Theater. We were able to valet the car and walk to the venue for our evening entertainment. The valet guys were professional and friendly. Clean and comfy room.

The listing advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we learned the hot tub had been tiled over and instead, our only option was a “heated” pool that was absolutely freezing. Also, the breakfast was pretty meh.

Nice rooms, clean. Satisfied.

Gwen was excellent. Her customer service is outstanding. There was a mix up on the charges and she without hesitation fixed the issue. She has recommendations on how to get where we needed to go. Was friendly and helpful.

Elevators broken. Only one worked. Usually a line to get upstairs. One thing to note is no bars or restaurants around location. Not hotels fault but that was one of the only things we we didn’t like.

Très bon hôtel

Hôtel très confortable, et vraiment bien situé. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipée, rien à dire. Je n'ai malheureusement pas profité de la piscine ni du Fitness Room. J'ai pu rejoindre plutôt facilement l'aéroport en transport en commun

Seul le petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Typical Hampton Inn experience with the exception of super high parking fee.

The parking fee of $45 is the most I have paid in the world. I found it to be exorbitant and it influenced my opinion of entire stay.

Never again .

Nice room and space for price

Front desk people after check in was inattentive . Completely ignored myself and others while waiting for service . Valet was super nice once we found him . Breakfast area was a mess - noobs around cleaning up . I was very angry when the cleaning lady was pounding on my door and scared my kids at 8 am check out day . Check out was until 11 or 12 ! Then comes back again knocking then while I was downstairs and my kids were in the room she just walked in my son ! No apology just walked back out after seeing him .

Clean environment and good quality

The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily. Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.

Worked in a pinch, but overpriced for what we got.

I liked the proximity of all the places we wanted to go.

I feel like for the price we paid, there could have been more attention paid to the little details, like damaged and stained furnishings.

Left before the first night was over out of seven night stay

Black Mold in toilet. Slimmy feeling bathtub! Other people trash still in the room.

I would stay there again. It felt a bit run down but the bed was super comfy and the room was large.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent and I like how they always have coffee/tea/water and apples available.

I don’t like valet parking and that was my only choice.

overall a good experience, with some unexpected headaches

we stayed there because of how close it was to Coors Field. We went to 2/3 games in the San Diego Padres series. It was a great location for that purpose

I didn’t realize when I booked the room, that there was no parking. you either have to pay for valet parking at the Hotel, or one of the parking lots next to it. The parking was only $5 but I had to wake up at 0540 to make sure I could pay for more parking before we checked out! That part was the worst of the stay!

I love it 💚

the property was so clean and was so close to everything, good location, the people to work there amazing workers they help us a lot since was our first time in Denver, the hotel have some maps they give it to you and that help a lot, the room was so clean and the clean service amazing I love that they talk in Spanish too and that was so awesome because I can communicate better, I love this place, I highly recommend this hotel, also the breakfast so yummy
