Location of the hotel was perfect as it was a block from my client's site. Easy access to shops and restaurants in the downtown area. free metro rides access just outside of hotel. Most of the staff were friend, helpful.
Room was horribly small, not what I had expected. Pictures of the rooms looked bigger. Considering what I paid per night to stay at the Sheraton, I would have a expected a larger room instead of the tiny room I was assigned. Very disappointed with the "city view" from my room, looking out the window, large roof took up a lot of space and blocked the view. I was expecting a better view that what I actually got. In addition to having a teeny tiny small room, the cost (and privilege) for parking of $45 per day was extremely too much. Not sure why parking was not included with the room. I also have a pay extra for breakfast! Considering the lack of value of the accommodations and other pay for services, I will be looking elsewhere to stay on my next visit to downtown Denver. More places to choose from in downtown Denver. I expected much better from Sheraton than what I received from them and was extremely disappointed in what I got. Lessons learned not to stay at the Sheraton next time I'm in Denver.

Location, nice views from the room, stuff was very nice
Didn't like the buffet at the hotel that was NOT GOOD AT ALL and cost us $59 for two. They did give us a coupon for $25 off that I used to reimburse myself part of that buffet bill, but come on guys if you gonna charge this much for a buffet offer some good choice and not just eggs, bacon and hash browns (btw which were overcooked so much we couldn't eat it at all). Next time we just gonna go somewhere else.

Hotel is amazing
Hotel was over booked moved me to another hotel. This caused an ripple effect in my stay. I nowadays to rent a car because I was no longer in walking distance and the hotel I was moved to did not have the amenities that I wanted. When I returned for the second night staff was rude. Gave no discount for the second night at their hotel and had to move my items myself from one hotel another. Huge inconvenience.

The location and it had an outdoor pool
The smell on the floor we stayed on was nasty. Getting out of the elevator and the smell bad! And that we didn’t have complementary breakfast. We stayed in a suite I feel like they overcharge for that room.

Overall the room was clean and staff was accommodatin.
I had one bad experience. One time when I went to get my nightly treat. The time was 8:30 and the staff member said we stop at 8. The response was rude and there appeared to be treats left but they were not accommodating.

The pool was nice except no services in the morning. The location was excellent.
Service lacked quite a bit, took over 45 min to get our luggage to our room. After requesting blankets 3 times I had to go to front desk to complain and boom 20 min later we finally got the extra blankets.

the tower lobby was lovely and interesting designs.
the decor in the building where I stayed was atrocious. what designer or design were you shooting for? it looks awful there is no life. it's depressing and cellar dwelling looking. thankfully the room itself did not look like the hallway. the design in the bathroom is awful. the shower design with metal drain is disastrous. at 5am the shower above was in use and woke us out of a dead sleep. someone else at our conference had their door kicked in on her hall by some unruly person staying at your hotel. the food served at this conference was also terrible. the organization of the catering was disconnected and actually created difficult conditions in order to actually serve ourselves the food as the lines were extremely long and it was very awkward and challenging to simply get a cup of tea on a break because the tea and coffee station was served on the smallest table you have - in such a large space?!? unacceptable!
the food service staff and cleaning staff were excellent and friendly. I wish they could have been able to speak and understand English. I plan to not attend another conference if it takes place at your hotel. this was the absolute worst and most expensive 3 day conference I've ever experienced. my statement is completely based on the issues with your hotel. the food was cheap and sparse, the level of service also sparse, the decor atrocious. Don't go here. don't conference here!!

The hotel rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained by a very friendly staff.
The reception personnel is welcoming and extremely helpful. Upon arriving late afternoon during the week, the desk clerk noticed that my booking was scheduled to start only the next day. They immediately arranged for me to stay in a room without having to move to another one later.
The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness room, a restaurant, and a bar.
The location is excellent, situated not far from the 16th Street Mall and just a few minutes on foot from Union Station. This makes it an ideal choice if you're coming to the city via the airport shuttle.
The interior courtyard view resembles a prison yard, so be sure to book a room with a "street" view.
WiFi is not included if you booked through booking.com, costing $10 per 24 hours, which is surprising in 2023.
The fridge is loud, as is the air conditioning unit.
