- sauberer Pool
- kein Zimmerkaffee
- Kühlschrank ebenfalls sehr laut

The room was a great size for just me and my partner. It had a desk and couch, and the perfect view from our balcony.
The walls are pretty thin so I was able to hear our neighbors conversation and snoring. The cleaning crew also came in very quickly after barely finishing their first knock so we were taken quite aback by that.

Location and staff. The grounds were pretty
The interior rooms were horrible from walls, bedding, furniture… the worst quality room I have ever stayed in. AND they were “renovated”. Unbelievable !!!!

Grounds were still beautiful
Old, old rooms. Bed was lumpy. Toilet was unstable on tile. Dark parking area at 6:30am. Maids didn't get to rooms until afternoon; although, we gave them room in the morning after they asked. It has definitely changed.

I did not like the smell of the room.

Nothing.

Great location in semi residential area with grocery stores walking distance nearby.
The pool was clean and comfortable.
Would really expect to have breakfast included for the price. Restaurant doesn't even open till 8 am which doesn't work if you're touring sites or working.

The outside of Hotel was nice.
The inside was very old and run down. Wasn't clean well and the beds were as hard as a rock and lumpy. It felt like I was staying in a Motel 6. I am not very happy. For as much as they charge to stay there, it should be a better atmosphere. Very disappointed. They didn't even ask how our stay was. Just took our money.😓🤔

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The location was good for us, near the Mission, the Botanical Gardens and the Natural History Museum. The food and service in the attached restaurant was good.
There was NO parking in the hotel lot when we checked in, which was very frustrating. The desk clerk suggested we park out of the traffic lane & move our car later when spaces were available. In the room, our coffee bar hadn't been restocked (there was just one coffee pad), which unfortunately we didn't notice until morning. The air conditioner was very loud but otherwise worked okay.

The room was clean the bed was super comfortable as well . I will definitely be coming back . The distance to downtown was not too bad .
The water pressure in the shower was really low .

The room was large, AC was great, nice patio overlooking the pool.
The room needs some care, paint flaking off in the restroom area, and a little dirty. The small fridge had a big dent in it.
5.0
Nice grounds keeping. The pillows and bed are very comfy.
The shower water pressure was extremely hard! It would be a nice gesture/option to install adjustable shower heads or lower the water pressure!

The smelly bed and uncomfortable sleep and pillow.

Large room; pool; nice restaurant on site; great maintained landscaping. Value for the price.
Bedspreads could be upgraded for better color; now a bit faded; Room clean but not immaculate.

I asked for a refrigerator, and the maintenance brought it in 1 hour.
There is a supermarket with not very wide selection within a walking distance. The Whole Foods is about a mile away.
Breakfast is served 9AM-11AM. I had to make breakfast myself before going to work. All other hotels where I stayed had breakfast at 6 or 7AM.
There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Location was great, close to food and stores if needed. Such a beautiful pool and all the plants are gorgeous.

Lovely grounds. Free parking. Short walk to great coffee and bakery.
No mini fridge. Compound felt dated with rooms in need of updating.

Good location and the property landscaping was very nice. Room was larger than most. Bed was comfortable.
The room was dirty and worn. Walls need cleaning and paint touched up in many areas. Headboard was dirty and the bathtub was stained with rust around the fixtures/drains. Tile grout was discolored and looked dirty. The room didn't smell clean either.
No microwave or refrigerator in room.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The check in was easy and efficient. I was able to check in a bit early which was nice of them. The location was good. I am supposed to keep writing but this is all the positive things I have to say.
The hotel is old and very dated. The worst part is that the door with the adjoining room is paper thin. I could hear every sound from the next room. The TV, voices, coughing, laughter... I called the front desk to ask them to call the room and ask them to turn down the TV. It was obviously not the first time the front desk had heard this complaint. I know that she did call the room because I could hear the phone ring through the wall and could hear the man's voice.
It was probably not their fault. They were not blasting the TV. It is just that the walls are so thin that I could hear a pin drop.
It was late, I was trying to sleep. I had an early flight. I would have asked to move rooms but by that time, it seems like too much hassle. So I came up with an idea. I took the mattress off the other bed and propped it against the adjoining door using the chair. This deadened most of the sound from next door. It worked but wasn't a very easy thing to do.
When I checked out in the morning, the man at the front desk acknowledged the problem but offered no solution.
My advice if you stay here is to demand a room without an adjoining door.
Just to end, the bathrooms are old and dated and the faucets rusty. The carpet and furniture are a dark brown which hides most, but not all of the gross stains. I can only imagine how dirty they really are.

Our third time - room was large and very comfortable; tropical gardens; excellent restaurant
We needed to have a small refrigerator because we had food to keep cold. It’s somewhat disappointing that a hotel like this can’t offer them.
