Terrible, open office 08:00 after we were gone early for seeing all.two tiny tables 4 chairs .to small of area less than 12 x12.old fruit.
The shower was 30 inches, you couldn't bend over to clean yourself. No table in room. Couch nasty. Swimming pool. Dirty clothes, soxs, chap stick broke on cement. Grass grow 6 to 8 inches in concrete sections. Hot tub terrible.

I loved the price most. Summertime prices under $200. I will definitely be back. Clean Comfortable. Modern hotel touches. Managing staff friendly and kind.
Spiders in the bathroom. But no webs so clean. Queen bed is definitely too small for me. Are there bigger beds?

Property is at perfect location, just a mile to Estes Park downtown. Can plan to hang around the downtown life. Estes park is a beautiful city. Even the Rocky Mountains entrance is 2miles away from the stay.
Services can be improvised.

Basic room at an overcrowded resort area that met bare bones needs.
This is a very old motor hotel that is partially remodeled but still very tired and shop worn. Even though the sign outside said NO Vacancy, only about a third of the motel was occupied and in use. The breakfast was virtually non existent and the food and pastries were at least a day old and just sitting out from the previous day. The heating/air conditioning was noisy, hard to operate, and there were no available electrical sockets to plug in either phones or a laptop. The door lock was so worn that it was really difficult to secure.

The breakfast buffet didn’t have much, old food.

location was good. booked a room with a full kitchen for convenience
rooms definitely not up to code on electricity, multiple piggy backed power strips, felt a little unsafe..
also left the towels on the porch for pickup one day, and the cleaning company charged us for leaving them outside.. on. covered porch, since one of my group was under the weather and didn’t want to be disturbed.
complained about the charge and was told too bad

Glad there were a few to go items for breakfast and coffee. We could park right in front of our room. Room was very clean. Staff were very nice.
Our room number 4 was next to the housekeeping room and you could hear them when they were in there and the closing of the door was very loud and interrupted our sleep.

Coffee condiments missing in the room. coffee filters not correct size, not really set up well for breakfast, example cereal but no spoons.

Maid service could have been much better. Several times we had to ask for clean towels, coffee and coffee filters.
