Würden nicht wieder kommen. Sehr kleines in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer für überteuertem Preis!

Einziger Grund für den Aufenthalt war die Lage...

Das Zimmer kommt einer Bootskajüte gleich, während die Kosten unverhältnismäßig hoch sind. Wir haben in keinem so "teuren" Hotel in Schottland übernachtet, dafür aber überall mehr bekommen.

Pleasant stay.

Accommodation was good. Friendly and efficient with good rooms and facility's. Breakfast is good.

Food is not not great. Breakfast could have been served a little earlier.

Amazing stay at Clan Macduff

Spotlessly clean room, great facilities, bathroom and a suberb bed. The staff are outstanding and very interested in how we were doing. The breakfast was lovely and the dinner meals were AMAZING. All in all on of the best hotels we’ve been too. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at Clan Macduff!

Exceptional

We stayed in a family room for three and the room was very comfortable and had a nice modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. But the best bit was the Loch view which was simply awesome from our room. In hindsight we thought we should have stayed longer because the hotel is in such an ideal location to start exploring the Highlands. What is definitely worth mentioning is how nice the staff was. We were late for breakfast but everyone was so helpful and allowed us to still have breakfast although they were already tidying up (but we still got everything we needed including fresh coffee). Also, the view from their restaurant/breakfast room is breathtaking. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Superb

Staff were very helpful. Saw that I was having mobility issues and advised the best way in and out of the hotel, which was much appreciated. Staff on duty at breakfast could not have been nicer. Breakfast was excellent.

The Exit door to the ramp was not opened before 8am, had tried it around 7:30 am, and it was locked. I had to re trace my steps.

Amazing view for a comfortable stay

Beautiful views of the lake, nice food, very nice restaurant staff, spacious room with renovated bathroom

breakfast is only served 07:30-9:15. It's not in a walking distance from Fort William (although it's 5' away by car). The rooms' doors use traditional keys (personally, I prefer the key being a card)

excellent location , hotel recently re furnished to a high standard , very clean . breakfast was good in dining room with loch views dinner menu was good had vegetarian options too , reasonably priced , very efficient and lovely staff I’m sure we will be back when next in the area ,

Felt like a lovely treat on a work trip!

The rooms were nicely decorated, as was the restaurant and bar area. We arrived late but the staff accommodated us so that we could still have dinner in the restaurant. The views are absolutely stunning!

Fantastic stay beautiful hotel would definitely recommend

I have walking difficulty but the staff were fantastic very friendly and veryhelpful.the hotel met all my needs The hotel had a lovely view from the front and the food was good stayed for 2 nights to do railway trip and had a lovely time

Staff were friendly and so accommodating, views are stunning, food was delicious, very clean also

We stayed in the beautiful lodge across the car park so the only problem being there is no ironing facilities, we had to take our clothes over to the main building in the rain to iron a shirt, maybe there should be an ironing room in the lodge side for guests staying there
