Location of the hotel is good

* The room was not clean (room 107). As you can see on the pictures, mold in the bathroom and dirt stains on the wall in the room itself. On arrival we’ve mentioned this at the lobby. A cleaner was promised, but the room was never cleaned. Despite leaving a clean note on the door handle. * Room didn’t have a garbage bin. * Room didn’t ventilate/air well. * Room lacked a hair dryer. * Disposable cups in the bathroom seemed used already and were not upside down. * There is constructions going on in the hotel. * Window is covered by a noisy electric roll. This thing is so loud that it wakes you up when neighbouring rooms cover their windows at night.

Unfortunately due to covid, no breakfast were served, the room was a bit used but very clean. Location is great, the most of the places we could reach by foot. Staff was super helping and very friendly!! :)

First of all what I most liked about the property was that the staff members were very kind & helpful. They immediately welcomed us with open arms. The room was very very clean when we arrived. It's small but definitely worth it for a couple/duo's, the price matches the quality of the room. The hotel location is very handy. It's close to the metro, taxi's & places such as La sagrada familia, arc triomf, etc... are close by foot as well.

The only thing what bothered me was the connection of the wifi, but other then that everything was perfect

Nice, clean, quiet and spacious hotel in the very heart of the city. Ten minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia, fifteen - to the Playa San Miquel, twenty to the Estacio de Franca railway station. Bus, tram and tube are five-minute walk. The courtesy of the staff is outstanding.

A couple of minor technical problems with the shower and the power socket.

The staff was really nice and friendly. They responded quickly. It wasn't too expensive considering Barcelona's average.

The room was not very clean and in general the room lacked basic stuff such as a place for shampoo in the shower, you had to leave your stuff on the floor; the shower curtain was wasted; there was no glass for the toothbrush or to drink some water; there was not a bin in the room. With just a bit of care the general impression could be so much better. Also, the TV was impossible to watch, signal was always shaky. Wi-Fi was slow. Also, they don't clean the rooms everyday but every three days, and I don't remember having read that anywhere, I just found out when I arrived.

Our staff Alisher was really nice and helpfull. I think i never met nicer recepcionist than he in my life.

The Bathroom was a littlebit small. If somebody oversize it will be uncomfortable. The room look to the street what is noise, but its not so horrible, easy to use to it.

It was as easy as ABC. A - as in Alex was simply amazing! B - Barna is just perfect for me . C- convenient, clean and comfortable, close to everything - Sagrada , L’ Auditori , Metro, beach , Aquarium, Parc Guell, and many more ... I stayed 10 days . And this was my second time . I highly recommend it to my friends and family .

Not a lot of choices on cable tv . Can’t access to international news .
