Located in Park City, this lovely condo for R 2,755 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our beautiful, completely renovated condo! With one of the BEST rated locations, you will be within walking distance to: The base of Park City Mountain ski lifts, stores, grocery, banks, Starbucks, Jans and Coles Sports (to rent or purchase skis, snowboards, etc), golf course and more. Just a few yards out the front door is the free bus service/stop. This can take you downtown (Main street), Dear Valley, Canyons Village and throughout the Park City area at no cost! Less than 1 mile and walking distance to Main Street. Fully equipped kitchen, WASHER/DRYER, heated pool, hot tub. Comfortable and cozy separate master bedroom. We absolutely love this condo- and we are confident you will too!

We had a great stay here! The check-in was seamless and when we arrived everything was nice and clean. The location is great for skiing - Just a 5-10 minute walk from Eagle and First Time lifts. You can also walk to the grocery store which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Adam also answered any questions we had very promptly. Oh, and the heated pool/hot tub were great after a long day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here for skiing!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, stylish place, with a upscale hotel room feel. Walking distance (25 min) to mainstreet and conveniently located close to bus stops (litterally across the street). Easy to get to the slopes.Host responded to all our questions with lightning speed, and we felt well taken care of. Pool and hottub steps away from the front door. Would definitly stay again.

Ideal location! Close to mountain, downtown, Fresh Market for groceries. Add the big powder dump and...it's the recipe for a perfect spontaneous ski vacation. updated and nicely furnished! Great owner communication!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Very clean, well furnished (including washer/dryer), with comfortable bedding. Location can't be beat. Short walk to Payday lift (less than 10 minutes) even while carrying skis, although over-night valet or locker rental for your skis in Park City Mountain Village is an option too. Canyons Village and Deer Valley are close by as well. Only a mile or two away from many restaurants and historic Park City district (Main St). Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Garbage dumpster is right on site, so no issues disposing of trash/recyclables (unlike other rentals I've had in the past).
In short, hope to return next year. Thanks Adam!

The condo is steps away for the First Time and Eagle Chair Lifts which was perfect for my family and really close to the Pay Day lift. The condo was spotless when we checked in and the kitchen was well stocked for the type of cooking we do while at a vacation rental. The owner was super responsive which was greatly appreciated!

the unit has a very convenient location. It is a short walk to the Eagle Lift, even shorter walk to a 711, and a reasonable walk to the Fresh market. There are 2 bus stops a very short walk from the unit that take you anywhere and the hot tub and pool are right there. The unit itself is functional, a tad small, some minor short comings like dead outlets, limited lighting, and funky heat, but Adam is super responsive and the unit was very clean and served its purpose. its really designed for 2 people, but you can get by with 3, 4 is pushing it! Overall, to me, it was a great location and we had a terrific stay. Last thing, There is a Cole Sports across the street from the unit, but I'd avoid that one and use the one at the base, near the skating rink or another rental company altogether. We had a disappointing experience at the Cole near the unit. We rented equipment and their service wasnt great and their options limited.

This will be our last trip to Park City/Deer Valley due to lift ticket prices when you are only skiing a week and want to ski both resorts. We have been coming for years and Deer Valley is my husband’s favorite. We are so glad we chose to stay in this condo. Adam is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He was responsive, patient and very kind. The unit had obviously been recently completely renovated. Very high end features. Bedding was comfortable. The bus is literally across the street. We are in our low 60’s and walked to Park City with our skis. We left our skis in the car. Plenty of parking. Although the unit would sleep 4 people, I do not have friends that close. Would work well for a small family. Well furnished. Cannot say enough good things about this unit.

Adam was wonderful to work with, very timely and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We took the bus, which is right across the street, put our skis in valet for the week and walked to and from the hill. Can walk to the store and Starbucks. Would stay again.

Very Nice condo and great location!
We enjoyed our ski getaway and we were very happy with this condo! Exactly as described and very close to downtown and ski resorts. Pleased with condo amenities including fireplace! Couldn’t be more pleased with proximity of ski resort, restaurants and grocery store! Don’t need a car as the free bus and trolley service make getting around that much easier! We will definitely be back!

Great Location
We loved out stay at this condo. It was well-appointed and very comfortable. The free bus stops right across the street, and it'a a short 5-7 minute walk back from PCMR. The grocery store, shops, food are all either a short walk or a quick bus ride away. We stayed with our 2 kids on the sofa bed and it was comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!

This is a great place. I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and big enough for me and my husband. It's only a 5 min. walk to the "Payday" lift, so for an extra convenience we kept our skis and boots at a valet up at the base and changed there every day.

Loved being on the first floor! We walked across the street to Cole's Sports to rent our skis, a little further down is the Fresh Market where we went a few times to stock up on groceries, there are bus stops located near the condo as well, and we were able to walk to the mountain and hop on a lift to start our day!
After skiing, my son would lay on the couch in the sun and look at the slopes out the sliding glass door! Beautiful.
The free buses were clutch since we didn't have a car. The schedule is easy to learn between the paper guide and the MyStop mobile app!
The bed was very comfortable and the condo is beautiful! There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for our adult kids to stay cozy & warm on the pullout couch. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing, which is only about 50 feet from the condo door!
The kitchen was equipped enough to cook meals daily.
Adam was a great host! Friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! :)

An easy walk to lifts
The biggest benefit to us is the 5 min walk to lifts. The apartment is also very clean.
Our main issue is the touch based Schlage lock - it constantly takes minutes to open.

Park City Paradise
This condo is in an ideal location. Everything we needed, from the bus to town to the slopes, to the food store and some restaurants, is within walking distance. The condo is clean and comfortable, and very modern in many respects. We were very comfortable as two people; kids would be fine, but another adult couple might make it cramped. As the saying goes, "Location, location, location!" Can't beat this one.
