Located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex is next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park)... literally steps away. If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from the main deck/patio. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 courtyard swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our ground floor condo has been recently remodeled and decorated in a soothing beach theme and provides lots of privacy and quiet...great for families and couples looking for that perfect beach vacation. The ground level main patio is accessed from the living/dining area. Here you can relax enjoying your favorite beverage, feeling the gentle gulf breezes, watching the ships pass or playing a game of Bocce on the lush green space. This same view can also be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. The master bedroom, has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the entire south end of the island...amazing! There is a king size bed with a small sitting area. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top. A second mini-master bedroom also has a king size bed. This bedroom has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door which is pool side. A Keurig coffee maker is provided in this bedroom. Additional K-cups are available at HEB and WalMart. The second bathroom with a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top is located right next to this bedroom. The third guest bedroom has a unique double size bunk bed plus a trundle...top bunk is double size, bottom bunk is double size, trundle is single size. This bedroom is also poolside. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses, flat screen TVs, ample built-in closets with both hanging and drawers. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxurious linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with linens for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided for your arrival, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a granite countertop. All stainless steel appliances include range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and an under the sink water filter system. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and a good supply of herbs and spices, as well as several small appliances to enhance your cooking experience. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied for your arrival and there are cleaning supplies available. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 new wall mount flat screen TVs with Spectrum Cable and WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans. New full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Some laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and some beach toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many great restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed our stay here at this condo. Honestly the location is a short walk to the beach, and it was quieter in this section of the beach as well. We had some logistical issues inside of the condo when we first arrived, but the owner was very fast and got everything we needed resolved that same evening. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista! There was more than enough room for three adults and four teenagers. The condo was spotless, and well equipped from kitchen ware, bathroom accessories, bed linens, even beach towels and such! The beds are beyond comfortable and relaxing! The owners are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we should visit SPI!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. It included everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels and toiletries and an impressive array of items to fulfill all of our beach needs. A very clean pool was right outside the sliding glass doors and a bbq grill was close by. The beach was a bit of a walk through the property and down a boardwalk of sorts but it appeared this is how all the condo properties are set up. No big deal, I was just surprised. It’s been several years since I’ve been to SPI and I didn’t recall this detail. The owners were very kind and helpful.Totally recommend this condo and hope to visit again.

Our family really enjoyed our time staying at this unit. Very conveniently located near the bridge to the island, which avoided significant traffic on Memorial Day Weekend. The property is also located on a relatively less-busy portion of the beach.

We loved our stay here! The Sea Vista will hold a special place in our hearts (until next year hopefully!) The pool is so clean and cleaned daily by the building staff. We spent he majority of our time there. The area was perfect with many restaurants and shopping close by. The beach was incredible as well! Thank you so much to our hosts!

Condo 103 at Sea Vista is great for families: the grandparents took the main master with king bed & bathroom, daughter & I took the second master, and sister, bro-in-law, and nephew took the full size bunk beds/trundle bedroom. All of us were very comfortable. Bathrooms were supplied with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and toilet paper. Kitchen was supplied with dish soap, dish washer detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and plenty of cookware. Having an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets supplied was a much needed addition. There was also a closet full of beach supplies/toys and plenty of beach towels. Another bonus was having an outdoor shower steps away from the back porch which made coming back from the beach so much easier. There are two pools on the property and one of them is steps away from the second master bedroom. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again next summer.

This was our second stay at this cute condo and it did not disappoint. It’s super clean and a little secluded as it’s on the side of the complex that’s next to the dunes. The condo has beach towels, chairs, and beach toys that make it easy if you’re traveling from far away. My family loves the easy beach access and the close proximity to the outdoor shower. The condo’s neat kitchen and lovely furnishings make a comfortable post beach hangout. There are also lots of restaurants and different activities to choose from. We all look forward to our next stay at Sea Vista in the future! 😎

The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The AC unit was quiet and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the south-facing exposure which received less baking sun in the morning and more privacy plus looks out over the vacant lot to the south. Easy access to pool/hot tub were also a bonus. TVs in every bedroom will be a plus for some. Everything worked well and Becky is always helpful with any requests

We stayed a week in this condo in March of 22. The unit is beautiful and has everything you might need for a stay. All of the appliances worked perfect, beds were comfortable, and the unit was clean. The location is fantastic. Being on the first floor you can walk out of your patio and see the ocean and its just a short walk to the beach.

This condo was a good fit for our family of 8. Property was clean and a short walking distance to beach. Had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. My only complaint was the bed in the master suite. The mattress itself was fine but the bed frame was super annoyingly squeaky. It made such a loud noise every time you moved in bed or got out of bed. If this issue gets fixed this is definitely a perfect place to stay when in South Padre Island!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The views of the dunes and water from the master bedroom are great, and much better than the views on the other side of the property. Everything was clean and the owners provided almost anything we could need. The location is perfect at the southern tip of the island, nice and quiet and great for families with the walkout patio. We brought our own sand toys but it wasn't necessary, as there was an entire closet of beach toys and umbrellas. Only thing we missed was tennis racquets for the courts, forgot to bring ours. All of the Sea Vista condos have a weird quirk where the master is only separated from the living room/kitchen by a super thin sliding door. Makes it really hard for any later sleepers because they can hear every little noise. But we knew about this coming into the rental, so nothing against this unit but something to be aware of for all of these properties. Only constructive criticism we can give is about the master bed. It was VERY uncomfortable. We've stayed in dozens of rentals and this was the stiffest bed we've ever seen. There is also a platform between the mattress and the wooden frame slats that is so worn out that the slightest movement makes it creak very loudly. Impossible to get in or out of bed quietly, it really needs to be trashed or replaced. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay for a wonderful fall beach vacation.
