We added all the personal touches to make it feel like an upscale home, and not a rental. This 5th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating on our balcony that includes a dining set & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture. WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE REST AGAIN, This rental comes FULLY LOADED. With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, cream, sugar, separate bath &beach towels, yoga mats, games, books, beach supplies(see below)- we provide everything not included with other rentals. We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, spices, pots/pans, cutlery, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy new beds & ceiling fans in each bedroom, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs (Roku, Hulu, Netflix, & Amazon) in each room, Google Home in living room, Alexa in master bedroom, power banks in each room for all your devices, solar blinds and hurricane shutters, free 5G Wi-Fi, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go! This property is GREAT for families. Parents can close the hurricane shutters in the living room at night. Lock your bedroom door and then you literally have the entire balcony private with access through your master bedroom sliding glass door. THE RESORT The oceanfront resort is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and more. It includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, volleyball net in the sand, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views. EXTRA AMENITIES Parking is available for one vehicle in the gated parking area, and plenty of SAFE parking for extra vehicles outside. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy. THE LOCATION There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, bike rentals, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The Wave offers public transportation. ATTN Spring Breakers: This complex will accept reservations only for families. No Spring Break activity will be allowed to the risk of eviction without REFUND.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at OVT503.
The condo has a well equipped kitchen and comes with many of the basic necessities provided by the owner. Having items like coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, etc. already in stock meant that we didn’t have to make a major shopping trip immediately after check-in. So we could take some time to enjoy the view of the ocean and the sky once we brought our luggage up to the condo.
Ocean Vista Towers has a great location. It is close to grocery shopping, restaurants and nightlife. And, of course, it is located right on the beach, so you are a very short walk for the surf.
The In-Home entertainment system was also excellent. The large screen, high-definition, TVs and the many included streaming services allowed us to sample some entertainment options that we don’t have at home but have wanted to try.
The condo rental manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions both before and during our rental period.

We loved staying here this past week. When the host says "extra amenities", they were NOT joking. We plan on staying here in the future - fantastic view, outstanding amenities, great location. Highly recommend!!!

This condo is perfect, walking distance to groceries, shopping, nightlife and the gorgeous ocean. The pool was great too. And the owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

Growing up we visited South Padre Island many times. Now I’ve grown up and we are coming from out of state with my wife and 2 boys and we had a great time. From the perfect spot on the beach, to the accessibility to the Pool and other amenities - we had a great time. We made plenty of memories as well during the night life with all the restaurants and attractions. We would certainly stay at this place again. As far as the Condo - it has literally everything you need. Our main goal is to spend our time on the beach; if there was any imperfections inside the Condo it wasn’t noticed for me to address it in anyway. Thank you!!

Three of my girlfriends joined me in celebrating my 60th birthday. Spent childhood going to SPI and wanted to return. Condo was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Stocked with anything you can think of. View was gorgeous. We used free shuttle service which a stop is conveniently located across street. Used taxis a few times as well. Definitely recommend and would return!

Love it!!! Property was very well kepted. The viewing!!!! Oh my God!!! To wakeup to the beach from the bedroom and sun rising was breath taking!! Seriously, just bring your clothes and your family and you’re ready to go! This unit has absolutely all your beach necessities and so much more than you would think of. Sand toys, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, cooler, cart, beach towels, etc. We brought all of our own stuff but could’ve saved so much room if we would’ve left it at home and used the unit’s beach gear. And they had everything we thought to bring. Pantry and kitchen were well stocked with spices, oil, and every pan and small kitchen appliance you could need. This is the 3rd unit at Ocean Vista we’ve stayed at and by far our favorite. I’ve honestly never stayed at another rental so well stocked. We really appreciated having all those essentials there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back soon!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The beach vibe was definitely there with the furnishings and the amazing views. The unit was completely stocked with everything we needed with all the beach supplies, towels, paper products, and the kitchen provided all the essentials and then some. Short walk, drive, or taxi ride to most anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful condo right on the Gulf!

Very clean unit as was the entire complex. Cleaners always around making sure all shared areas were in top notch condition and were all polite and very friendly. Great unit for a family. We had 2 older teens and 2 adults and had plenty of room. The location couldn’t be better and all the amenities were so handy. This listing is exactly as advertised if not better! We will plan our future travels around availability to snatch this one up again.

This was the best condo I have ever stayed in. They checked every box and then some! Not only was it a beautiful condo, but it was immaculate. We had everything we needed, and the extras were so nice & appreciated. Excellent location, gorgeous view, and so comfortable. I would stay here again without question. The location is perfect! Lots of shops and places to eat without walking distance. The ocean view from the condo is amazing and so relaxing. The pools and hot-tub were clean and well kept!

Staying at Ocean Vista was wonderful! Our condo was excellent! They had any other extras we forgot for the beach/pool plus spices or extra fixings we needed for food. They also had extra shampoo/body wash in case you forgot yours! Would absolutely recommend staying at BeachLife#503!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the views. My mother in law was unable to walk on the sand due to knee issues, but could see the kids from the balcony and would watch from there. It was nice to have everything there so you don’t have to buy/bring it (umbrellas, chairs, cooler, wagon, etc.). Just an FYI to others, you can not set up on the beach prior to 9 am!
