We are your hosts, Rosanna and Ref. We love South Padre Island and are happy to share our two vacation condos with you! We call our rentals “Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals” (or TexasVistasVR). Families will feel right at home as there are many amenities provided to make your stay as carefree as possible. Our vacation home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, on the 3rd floor of a beach front complex. It has a balcony with wonderful beach views and the complex has an indoor elevator--no hauling your beach stuff up and down stairs! Located in a quiet and private complex with 2 inviting courtyard pools and hot tubs, interior lobby entrance, 2 tennis courts, on-site management, gated entry to complex, and located right next door to Beach Park water park! We tastefully remodeled the property in 2018 so you’ll have a clean, fresh space to relax after a day at the beach. Beautiful beach views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and balcony. Lovely spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo is a relaxing getaway for families and couples alike. FAMILY FRIENDLY This unit is family friendly with full size washer and dryer, high chair, pack-and-play, baby gate, desk top fans for white noise, toys and games. We have kids too so we know what it's like to travel with little ones!!! Rosanna was truly an amazing host. This place has absolutely everything you could need- beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to get all of it down to the beach (there’s an elevator which makes this all easy peasy). The beach is RIGHT THERE when you exit the building. And once you’re done at the beach, there are outdoor showers right where you originally exited so you can rinse off before heading back into the building. I honestly couldn’t imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the beach.
The unit was also spotless. My husband has pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and he thought it was wonderful in that regard. So many clean, fluffy towels were provided (body, face, hand), plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen so you can pretty much whip anything up. There’s also a very nice washer and dryer to use. It has a hand wash setting which is so helpful for more delicate bathing suits and coverups.
I could go on and on all day, but I’ll wrap with how responsive and kind Rosanna was. I called twice- when I first arrived and was a dodo who couldn’t figure out the very easy gate, and after we checked out to say thanks for everything! She answered both times and was a delight to talk to. This was such an amazing experience all around. We cannot wait to return. Book it- you won’t regret it.

We had a magical time on South Padre Island and the surrounding area. The white sands of South Padre are magical, water warm, and the property is perfect for enjoying them. Loved the tennis court, too. Get all your gear (skim boards, etc) at the outfitters about 100 yards from the property - but the host had umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a nice cart in which to carry it all the short walk to the beach. Condo is great for hanging out and enjoying family time as well.

This was the perfect condo. It was stocked with everything we could want and more. The location was perfect, the owner was full of information and always available. We used her info sheet daily to choose restaurants etc.

My 2 daughters and I stayed several nights for my 70th birthday! We had a lot of fun and the condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Spent a lot of time down at the pool but didn't use beach access this visit. We live close to So. Padre so we can beach when we want but we usually stay only once a year or so. We made a very good choice using Rosanna's condo this year. Thanks for everything!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was well kept, clean, well stocked, and a VERY short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were perfect in size, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook/make yourself at home. Check-in process was very quick and easy; the security team was very friendly and always around. The host was attentive and quick to respond to email/messages. The proximity to restaurants and grocery store delivery is excellent. It was SO convenient to have beach towels, chairs, and umbrella to borrow during our stay. We will definitely book again.

First of all the location is absolutely gorgeous. It is right on the ocean front in South Padre Island near the end of other resorts so the beach was not that crowded. Now the condo itself was wonderful. It was extremely clean and I know because my older daughter Insists on extreme cleanliness and this met her standards! The beds were super comfortable, so I slept well. The kitchen was updated and new and everything worked well. I really don’t have one complaint about the condo or our stay there. The hostess communicated very well and gave us great information about check in, locations of places to go, etc. We definitely want to return!! 5 stars!!!

Overall i was extremely impressed with how clean the condo was and how stocked!!!! We had absolutely everything we needed from spices, oils, coffee, to shampoo, conditioner, to even skin and body care products. As a mother and woman i truly can appreciatethis!!!!! I've stayed in a few Vrbo properties and this one makes top 2!!!! Rosanna was amazing and extremely tentative. The only flaw was the fan, in the master bedroom, was missing the string for the setting. However the condo stayed cool at all times so i did not feel the need to bother our amazing host! My family enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Everything was perfect from the pool, beach access, and the parking everything was perfect!!!!!! Definitely recommend.

Awesome condo with direct beach access. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. We had a wonderful time during our stay and host Rosanna was very responsive. Check in was a breeze and gated parking plentiful. 100% recommend this vacation rental.

It was a great condo, the only problem i had was the elevators was out of service most of the stay and i have foot problem so it took a lot of my time goung places and returning to the room
Upon checking out we had to pack luggage down from the third floor a lot of time going up and down stairs. A bit too much for the price charged

Spent a week on the beach and in the pool! The property was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beach toys, towels, chairs. I even noticed baby necessities pack and play etc! (which we didnt need) the location was great. The last condo on the south side of the island was away from a lot of the chaos of spring break. Easy access to grocery stores and souvenir shops. The owner contacted me when maintenance noticed the ac freezing over. They were able to get someone in to fix it while we were out to dinner. Quick and respectful. Highly recommend this condo and owner!

This condo was perfect! It exceeded all our expectations. Rosanna went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for! The extras were fantastic too. And what can I say about being right on the beach….Soo very nice! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but we found ways to still have a fabulous time!

This rental is spotless, comfortable and our stay was perfect. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is smooth as possible. There were fluffy bath towels, great beds and a truly fully stocked kitchen! We also enjoyed the balcony where we could watch and hear the waves crash to shore. Everything was as described. The place was super clean, updated and just pleasant. Overall, the communication with Rosanna was better than I could ever imagine. She gave us recommendations for everything from places to eat to things to do.
I've never stayed at a vbro that supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash among many other items that sometimes are forgotten at home. She even has a scale in the condo! Straightener. All kinds of stuff. Beds were comfy. Everyone was so friendly around the condominiums and the maintenance guys. We're super friendly and made sure they told us the temperature of the pool in the hot tub every morning when we saw them. There are so many great things I can go on and on.

Well, can I tell you it was absolute chaos trying to get to and from South Padre island due to horrendous storms in Dallas and Philly BUT Rosanna made our stay so wonderful! There was literally everything we needed and some. The kids would go to the ocean in the morning and pool by night. Everyone on the grounds was kind and courteous. We absolutely will stay again - hopefully in the same suite because we loved it. Thanks for making our family vacation memorable. Towels. Toys. Games. Beach chairs. Hot tub. Pool. Oceanview. Showers by the beach to get the sand off. Good cooking utensils. Baking pans. Pots. Pans. Silverware. The list goes on…

Super convenient if you have kids so you aren't lugging around a bunch of stuff and sand to and from the beach. The host was really generous and supplied us with everything we needed. Overall it was great!

It has been about 7 years since last visiting South Padre. Wanted my Mom to enjoy the beach probably for the last time depending on her health. She greatly enjoyed. Beach days were perfect. Property was great. Great rooms. Kitchen and dining area even better as we spent a lot of time there. Rosanna the owner was very responsive and gave us updates if needed.

Was amazing to be so close to the beach and being the last resort closest to mexico made it very uncrowded and relaxing. Sandcastle building with Andy Hancock was simply amazing! Best family activity of our vacation. We will be back.

I have to start with how impressed I was with how fully stocked the entire unit was. From dishes, lighter, flashlight, and beach toys and chairs. It has everything you need. We Loved staying so close to the beach; literally steps away. Rosanna was so lovely and responsive. I have two teens and a younger child who loved the retro games and they went back and forth between rooms during down time. Check out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again!
