We had an outstanding experience. Our expectations were met overall, excellent service. In particular, breakfast was fantastic, the room was comfortable, very clean and the housekeepers made an excellent job. We also had a lovely dinner one night in the restaurant close to the reception and we (of course) loved the ice cream! All the staff were very professional and kind, attending to all our needs.

Everything location good staff.

Locations ,very clean hotel and quiet. They ask me for my arrival time they make ready for every thing.

رائحة بهو الفندق جميلة جدًا ..موقع الفندق رائع تحتاج لسيارة للتنقل السريع بين اهم الأماكن …هذه التجربة الثانية لنا و سأكررها .

مدخل مواقف السيارات يوجد رصيف في المنتصف لايمكن مشاهدته اثناء الدخول حطم جزء من سيارتي

mon frère a voulu nous offrir des gâteaux et des fruits qu’il a réservé à l’hôtel pour notre arrivé dans la chambre, nous n’avons eu que les gâteaux. lit enfant payant environ 55€ supplémentaire par nuit. ça ne vaut pas le coup.

موقع الفندق جميل وسلس ولايوجد ازدحام كذلك قربه من محطة الوقود ووجود مقاهي ومطاعم وتموينات جيده جعل مكان الاقامه ممتاز طاقم العمل كان جدا مميز ومتعاون خصوصا الاخ ممدوح

كل شي جميل لكن الماء المعاد تعبئته في عبوات زجاجيه كان غير جيد ولا احبذ استخدام عبوات معادة الاستخدام واضطرىت للشراء من الخارج

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel and very good value for money

Pool only has a couple of hours of sunshine in late afternoon during our visit, although we did visit in January which may effect this.

The environment was really nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We didn’t go without anything and the staff could not have helped us enough

It was great. The rooftop pool could have been bigger with more loungers

New hotel, well decorated both the hotel and the room. Everything is new, clean, fresh, excellent cleaning. There is a coffee machine and plenty of water in the room. Lovely spa, great massage, I want to go there again

The hotel is located in the middle of noway. The metro is very far away. The pool is located in such a way that you go to it through the restaurant where people have breakfast. It's very uncomfortable Small gym and few exercise equipment. The staff all need a break

It is unfortunate that you need a taxi for everything and cannot walk somewhere.

Great hotel. Staff were very nice. They arranged our room and decorated with flower petals and balloons as I mentioned we were celebrating my parents' wedding anniversary. All amenities were also complete in the room. It was spacious and clean. View was great! We could see Burj Al Arab and the View At The Palm right by our window. Breakfast was excellent. Overall great time.

The only downside I can say is it's quite a drive to/from the airport. But that's nothing major.

On me facture des lit supplémentaires pour mes filles . Alors que j ai bien reeserver pour 2adultes et 2 enfants J’ai demandé que le lit soit fait à notre arrivée donc à 3h du matin Les lit ne sont pas faits pour les enfants. Il nous en on monté un seul qu’on nous a facturé.On a dû attendre un bon moment pour avoir le deuxième et on nous demande de repayer un supplémentaire pour le 2 eme lit

لا يوجد شي يذكر ، لكن السرير نوعا ما متعب وخاصة لمن لديه متاعب في الظهر

J’ai payé 2 fois j’ai réservé j’ai trompé de date j’ai demander pour changer il ont accepté après ils m’on facture 2 fois
