It is clean, warm and welcoming. You immediately feel at home.

Our phone was taken from the couches at the reception by one of the guest at the hotel, they where to help us locate the person, and we found the phone. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is just a walk to the beach. The breakfast is superb. The receptionist are friendly.

When we where supposed to check in, the rooms where not ready. I wasn't aware that visiting this place during school holidays is a bad idea, it was packed, we had to wait some time to eat breakfast because it was full. They don't have enough eating areas to accommodate large number of guests for breakfast.

Breakfast was absolutely lovely , variety foods for my family to choose from.

Bathroom : the bathrooms are not very clean and the taps malfunction. Doors : the keys get stuck and unable to open and you get stuck outside your room for few minutes

Great tasty breakfast, room was so great and clean so acceptable and well trained loving caring and friendly staff. which I still appreciate till now.

The group of people (females) were making noise on the block(Level 5) at night, other than that nothing bad everything was perfect.

Great facilities, it was right across beachfront as stated. The breakfast was great, and it was a short distance to Ushaka Marine World.

The noise from outside was very loud, could hardly sleep.

The parking being outside of the building and it not safe around the parking and the way to the hotel.

Wow, wonderful experience. Beyond my expectation. The room, breakfast, amazing. Value for money.
