Brilliant

The bed, food and facilities were great

Small mistake for the fact that were given the wrong room, but that was quickly rectified.

My stay at the hotel was amazing, the staff were really helpful.

The breakfast was great and we were staying in a queen suite loved it except for the part we didn't have a sea view.

The fact that there's no restuarant in the hotel but it's okay.

Kids all over, it's a family accommodation more than a hotel

Lifts were out of order and kids not controlled. Noise

Had a good stay but could not stay for the second day . I was giving up the booking .

Breakfast was on point . Staff at the kitchen very welcoming and helpful.

Removal of old carpets in the corridors. Fix the broken tiles in the rooms.

Very disappointed with my stay,it was not good value for my money .

The location was really not bad .. close to a lot of landmarks .

The lift wasn’t working,the breakfast was not well prepared. The room that I reserved was not the one I was given . The one I was given was so small ,the shower was very tiny. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty …😭😨😰🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Unsatisfactory conduct of information omission

The manager acted immediately when I complained of the extreme noise that was on the floor above me on the first day, but they kept on coming down to lower floors and the noise was still audible throughout the whole time.

There was noise throughout my stay because of renovations, hammering, drilling and grinding. This was not communicated to me during booking on the site and the money was still the same as if everything was fine with no disturbance. I was very not pleased with this.

The room and linen is clean. Friendly staff and excellent service.

The room that I was given was in the dysfunctional hall where they are busy with renovations. I am awoken by noise from construction. Also there are cockroaches that are roaming around. There is a faulty fan, which kept on switching itself on all night.

Great stuff but needs upgrading

The location was great with sea view and the balcony was a bonus. Very helpful stuff especially a gentleman called Junior. He assisted very well to our requests.

We have to go up to the first floor to use the lift with our heavy luggage. There are no phones in the room to communicate with reception, had to go down each time we wanted something. The showers are so tiny. The cleaner came to clean but there was still chips that fell from previous night.

Our stay was amazing besides the Wi-Fi connection to the TV, everything was amazing❤️🫶🏼

Service from reception to cleaning staff and breakfast team amazing also love how der clean nd change our towels I love their shampoo conditioner set in the bathroom nd the fact dat it’s was sea view room❤️😊

If we were able to get assistance with connecting our Wi-Fi to tv as we were using our own Netflix but we ended up using our own data to connect to the tv dat was the only disappointment

The room was very small and it wasn't the room I booked online, you need to improve on the breakfast make it look classy the setup.
