The food was very good.the buffet worderful with fresh foods. Very clean and everything works perfect e.g lifts, showers was best also room service was good. We gonna come back

Room was tiny for 4 people , 2 double beds we felt squashed barely any room for our bags. Brekky was great choice at any of the 3 restaraunts, good location and nice view of beach out of windows.. but no balcony and the room was hot even with aircon on all the time, no air at all.

The driver, Moses and the lady Eve with your taxi services, kept my family safe with transport
There seamed to be a strong smell of tobacco on our floor; seeing that it was Xmas, it could be understandable

1 x bottle water for 2 guests. Not in the fridge. No welcome. The mattress was smaller that the base. Kept on bumping legs against it. Safe was not working had to sleep with firearm under pillow. No menu or directory.

3. My room was only vacuumed when I asked on Saturday. The room was not cleaned or vacummed when i checked in. There was pieces of paper on the floor when I checked in. And the room had a musty smell..

Overall not a good experience
Room was too small for two people. Toilet was rusted. On arrival with rental car, was told parking bays to full. Breakfast queues were so long had to eat elsewhere. Waiting 30mins when asking for iron and ironing board

Generally the location of the hotel was great-close to the sea, holiday facilities, gardens, promenade - great place for walking! The bed was capacious, most comfortable - definitely made for weary bodies!
The shower area could have been rinsed clear of beach sand; room service could have been a little more prompt; and dental hygiene products at hand.

Clean facility, excellent location, great breakfast
TV not working, WiFi not working and room telephone not working. Towels were not supplied in the room. Had to use my cellphone to contact reception and then put through to housekeeping to order towels.

The staff wasn't really helpful the aircons in the room were not working..
