The room was too small and very hot. The air conditioner was not functioning well. It was too noisy, the guests were shouting in the corridors we could not sleep.

I’ve been a client of Sun1 since it was Tsogo Sun and I’ve been enjoying staying at and their care towards their clients.

The shower was really nice to use.

The room smells like a boys dorm or something and the air-conditioner was not working so it was smelling and hot. The toilet light was not working together with the bedside lights. I know nothing can done about this one but there is no lift and I stayed at the last floor. Yes nothing did happen to our cars but the hotel is next to a bus station which is very crowded and it does not have any fencing (but just a temporary one) and covered parking so it was really stressful sleeping with my car parked outside there in a big city like Durban. There is literally no outdoor sitting place where you can sit if you're in the hotel for the whole day so you'd have to go to your hot room that doesn't have any air conditioning. It was gonna be really like to have atleast a bar fridge in the room.
