This is an excellent property. Perfect setting, tasteful decor, attention to detail, and great service from all the staff. We were there for a short stay only, and we would surely come back for a longer stay

The buggy and abra transfers booking took a bit long at times

Our Butler support was exceptional and was a real highlight of our stay.

The villas are disconnected from the main hotel facilities which meant we had to take a buggy or Abra each time we wanted to leave our room (breakfast, dinner etc.). At times the buggies were slow to arrive but our Butler was on hand to follow-up on our behalf.

Extraordinary hotel! Maybe I could not afford it during the high season (winter), but I could, since it was off-season (summer). Best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life! So many options. All the compound (5 or 6 hotels,including Burj Al Arab) + water park make a perfect atmosphere of fun and relaxation.

Everything. Beautifully laid out and location was absolutely wonderful. The site is exceptionally maintained and all the staff are extremely professional and helpful

Perfection itself. From all aspects, it was perfect.. Everybody on this planet earth knows, Babylon and it’s hanging gardens. Somehow Dar Al Masyaf, depicted this beautiful Babylonian experience.

My ac wasn’t working properly , I called the butler and he said he will send someone …. But no one came and we passed a really hot bad sleepless night. Such a shame becos we really loved everything else

As a returning Jumeirah Hotels guests, we must say that our recent stay at Jumeirah Al Masyaf have been exceptional and memorable despite the small observations that have been made throughout the years and we would like share our honest review. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff. Their personalized attention made us feel instantly at home. Juan have made the check-in process very smooth, personal and professional! Therefore eagerly anticipating the luxurious experience that awaited us again. Entering our villa, we were greeted by the same impeccable elegance we have remembered from before. The attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the plush furnishings, was truly remarkable. The villa boasted modern amenities, ensuring my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The mesmerizing view from the small balcony offered a picturesque panorama of the surrounding beauty— the swaying palm trees, and the glistening azure waters. Throughout my stay, all the staff continued to impress us with their exceptional service. They anticipated our needs before we have even expressed them and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. However we would like to use this opportunity to have a spotlight for those that have provided beyond exceptional service during our breakfast or dinner that we will remember forever: - Ashu (Arboretum), he is a truly champion! He did remembering all our daily routines during breakfast and dinner. You are just amazing! - Jason (Phai Thai), your amazing service has regretted why we have not come to this Phai Tai before! - Peden (French Riviera), she has provided an amazing, personal and memorable experience during our dinner. - Abirahim / Abi (Arboretum), your responsiveness and hospitality were amazing! Speaking of dining, Jumeirah Resorts’ culinary offerings were a gastronomic delight. The range of restaurants catered to every palate, and each meal was a culinary masterpiece.

While staying at Jumeirah Al Masyaf, we had some thoughts regarding the private butler service that we believe could benefit from reconsideration. Personally, we found the e-butler service to be more convenient and efficient, and we relied on it for most of our needs. Most of the time, we encountered our private butler during the Sundowners period (17:00-19:00) while enjoying a quick drink. We would like to suggest shifting the Sundowners time slot by an hour later, as it could sometimes be challenging to fully enjoy this service after spending the entire day at the beach or pool. We must mention that the selection of provided drinks and snacks during the Sundowners was quite limited, which we felt was a missed opportunity. Additionally, it is worth noting that the presence of private butlers, especially during mornings and weekends, seemed to be minimal. Despite these observations, we want to express our gratitude to our private butler, Tair, who was always available to assist us whenever needed. Our overall experience at Jumeirah Al Masyaf was fantastic, though there are a few areas where we feel the hotel management could improve. Firstly, we would appreciate more openness and transparency regarding any (partially) closed or limited facilities within the resort. For example, the Wild Wadi Waterpark had very few attractions open during our stay, and the Wadi Pool at Jumeirah Al Naseem was closed for maintenance, despite it being stated as such (and we understand this might not be entirely accurate). We understand the challenges the hotel faces with occupancy and other factors, but clearer communication would be beneficial. Additionally, one small important detail was the absence of the Jumeira Beach Bags, which we had enjoyed in the past. As simple as it seems, they allow hotel quest to identify as hotel guest and distinguish from externals.

Having come to this resort since 2004 - I like everything about the hotel
