The apartment was really clean, the house quiet and the location excellent. The owner really friendly and helpful. Everything went really well. Both double beds only had 1 sheet as a blanket. It would be nice if there are two sleepers, that both have their own blanket.

I had a wonderful stay in Split. Accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, great location. it was a great experience and the host is very friendly and helpful.

The apartament is a short walking distance from Split promenade. It is everything you need and more, I highly recommend it! It was perfect.

We mostly like our accommodation location. Its really convenience to supermarkets and in the town. Danijela is really nice with warm welcome at the airport (as requested transfer pickup) and suggested us good local restaurant nearby. The equipment at accom really useful.

We spent two nights in the apartment and we are very satisfied. The host is very kind and helpful. The room is clean, nice and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is literally few steps from the old town and has many facilities : electric kettle, tv, cups, teaspoons. When we came there were tea, coffee and fruits. We were also able to use washing machine. If in the future we are going to stay in Split we'll choce the same place.

The Appartments are located perfectly, just a few minutes walk to oldtown center. The host Daniela was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful, she even helped us finding a free parking place in the area around the appartement. The room was mondern, comfortable, 100% clean and lovely prepared with nice welcoming snacks.

The room was SPOTLESS. Literally. There are loads of shiny surfaces in the studio and there was not one fingerprint or smudge visible. Very impressive and kuddos for the cleaning crew! Location is good, within 2min you are in the old centre by foot. While you don't have any of the partying noise.

Not the fault of the owner: but finding parking wasn't easy. The parking next to the building is one of the most expensive in split, but still was constantly crowded. We were only able to move our car closer by in the middle of the night, when only three spots were free.

Danijela is an excellent hostess who is always in touch and solves any questions, gives recommendations. If you need something extra in the studio just ask her about it. Very clean room (thanks to Melani), spacious, bright, with everything you need to cook. Will be glad to come back again. Good value for money with such great service and location!

The apartment was perfect all is clean and the location the best you can walk to all restaurant, beach and the old town.

The appartement looked modern and was very clean! It looked great! For 4 adults, I could say that the size was fine too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Split, because it’s perfectly located near the city center. It’s even better than booking a hotel. The airconditioning was perfect. The staff had a lot of attention to details which amazed me.

Great location, spotless apartment 👌. Had all the amenities needed for few days stay. Daniela was very easy to communicate and very friendly. She left fruit on the table, juice in the fridge and chocolate on the bed for me. She also let me check out later as my flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend Gold Town Apartments and if in Split again know where will stay. Thank you.

Amazing apartment, tastefully decorated and centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Danijela welcomed us with cold juice which was a great refreshment! There was also coffee and fruits. :) She also let us stay a bit longer which was amazing and it meant a lot to us because of morning meetings at work.
