Lovely friendly staff excellent choice at breakfast

The front of house staff, doormen, concierge etc were especially helpful.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track, it always results in a 10 to 15 minute walk from a nearby tube station.

Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, we slept well. The bathroom was beautiful as was the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole feel of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. We had a lovely plate with a cake and congratulations written on it for our wedding anniversary which really was the cherry on top of our stay.

I was surprised that there was no coffee machine in the room, most 4 and 5 star hotels have these. On one occasion I asked for fresh towels that never turned up.

Ich mußte länger als geplant auf mein Zimmer warten über 30 Minuten auch nach 15 Uhr. Erst als ich nochmals an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe ging es sehr schnell. Alle waren jedoch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr weit vom Aufzug entfernt gelegen. Ich mußte öfter ins Zimmer zurück und das war daher nicht so angenehm

The staff made you feel special which is something we have found lacking in many comparative hotels. The breakfast was exceptional and the bed was so comfy. The shower was brilliant with gel, shampoo and conditioner available. Having a shave after a shower was easy because the mirror was heated and therefore did not mist up like they do in most hotels. Having a swimming pool was an added bonus.

Not much to be honest but being extra picky there was no water to drink in the pool/gym area (water bottle in gym was empty and the taps in the changing room were mixed so you could not pour out cold water). We only used the pool and gym once so if we had visited a second time we could have taken some bottled water from reception I'm sure.

Good location, friendly staff, good facilities, very clean and perfect at all points

The staff at check in were very friendly and we were given complimentary drinks while checking in. The room was lovely clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Kettle and tea and coffee provided, and water and cola in the fridge. The pool was a lovely extra and I enjoyed a morning swim. Great location next to the Tate- lots of shops nearby and places to eat. Very happy with the stay and would return.

A few more teabags and coffee sachets in the room would have been good. I probably could have asked for more and sure they would have been provided.

The staff was friendly and understanding. My room was very good, quite and comfortable, which made working easy. Very clean and nice interrior.

The restaurant had a very poor selection and a low-quality menu in the form a single piece of paper...However, the food was really good! Furthermore, Hilton charged for my room 2x, once a full room deposit + additional extras, and upon checkout, they debited the room and other costs (such as room service) without releasing the deposit. After multiple messages and calls, I needed to contact my bank to release the credit holding on the card. Won't be staying at Hilton anymore due to the confusing withholdings on my credit card. Besides this the stay was nice!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff members during our recent business trip in January. The team was consistently outstanding, always ready to assist with any request. My boss particularly enjoyed his stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality. I'd like to extend a special mention to "Irene" from the cleaning staff, whose kindness and helpfulness stood out during our stay.

Everything was presented amazingly and to a pristine condition. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially chris from the concierge team. Brilliant facilities.

The views from the rooms could have been a bit nicer for the value of money to stay, however this was due to the location. Me and my partner were on floor 6 and looked out onto the roof of a building which was covered in grass and some construction tools around.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming reception on arrival, offered something to drink, no reception queues etc. Room was spacious, bathroom was lovely, great power shower but it did flood the bathroom.

The kids twin room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke, or tobacco vape or something similarly unpleasant. I mentioned this quietly to a chap on reception. He really couldn’t be less interested. Asked him to open the window (guests can’t do this themselves as locked) and he said no. I told him it wasn’t acceptable and needed sorting by the time we got back later that evening). Absolutely nothing was done about it, the kids were exhausted so they slept in our room and we slept in the smokey room. Disappointing on so many levels: 1. Surprised none of the staff noticed at the time 2. They must have noticed when cleaning the room after the previous guest but did nothing about it 3. Total disinterested receptionist 4. No action taken to resolve 5. No apology

Absolutamente todo! Viajamos en una fecha especial para nosotros y pedí un detalle al hotel que cumplieron incluso por encima de mis expectativas y sin cargo alguno! es la segunda vez que vamos a ese hotel y no será la última!
