Loved everything about it, spacious, clean, modern and the perfect location, walking distance to everything. Also loved having the washer/dryer as well as the outside deck.

A pretty faultless 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (and a 3rd toilet) apartment right on the front (< 500m to the whole promenade) with underground parking and a hot tub. Extremely well equipped and comfortable 👏

Beautiful apartment and very good host

Very friendly and helpful owner. Super comfortable apartment with lots of extras (jacuzzi tub on the tarrace, espresso machine, large tv). Just 5 minutes away by foot from the city centre, while still reachable with a car. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Good underground parking space (paid extra).

My only and minor complain was that there was only a single key permanently attached to an electricity card (like in a hotel). So it was not possible for one person to leave with a key, but the second of us to stay with electricity.

The apt is so bright,everything provide,the host reply you very quickly and nice .I lost my luggage when we arrived,the second day he sent us to pick our luggage and only charged half of the fee .The apt face to the sea and a few minutes to the old city .Very easy to visit the city and enjoy the sunny .The pizzeria recommended by the host was very delicious and very nearby.I recommend it highly.

Paula was an excellent host. She gave us recommendations for what to do in the city and nearby. She was always reachable for any issue or question we had. Dario transferred us from the airport and let us in to the apartment. He was so knowledgeable about Split and was wonderful to talk to. I highly recommend this apartment. It had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The apartment is centrally located and it was very easy to walk everywhere! There is a bar within steps of the apartment that had a beautiful view of the sea. We would have coffee there in the morning and drinks there at sunset. I would definitely stay here again.
