the apartment is spacious and very nice, almost brand new and located in the city center. the owner is polite and ready to help you. For sure if ju will be back i will rent this apartment again.

This property is good value for money! i was scammed by other agents which I paid double the price in the same building with very bad service and utilities. While Hyur Service is the best! I will always look for their properties if I will go back to Yerevan. Also, the caretaker Havok is very nice. I just do not know if I got his name right.

Tv and satellite was not working.Theu transferred me to other building and no water and electricity and when I asked for refund they did not reply my calls

It was very clean and the location was perfect. It was like a hotel with extra advantages. They had everything that we needed during our long stay. The kichenet facilities was complete. The all of the facilities of the apartment was new. The television was also very good. They were cleaning the apartment every three days. It was the best for long stays especially.
The apartment did not have bidet spray. (It seems a common problem in Armenia)

Quiet & clean place. Good cleaning Serivce. Kind and and polite employees. 24/7 security guard.
The bathroom could have a bidet or a hose near the toilet.
