Design of the apartment is very nice, location is amazing.

Apartment in a new building. Excellent location in the city center. New appliances. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful host.

Some furniture in the apartment needs repairs as it has been damaged by the previous guests. The view from the windows is not very inspiring. :)

The Apartment is cozy and warm. Location is so good, restaurants are nearby. Tie up café for breakfast is a great choice.

The property was nice. It’s a modern looking Apartment. Everything is there, so you can also cook and watch TV in the small living room area.

There’s no enough soap or shampoo (maybe bec it’s an apartment), the beddings are not that clean. It has stains and only 2 pillows per rooms were provided.

The building does not have name on it, but you will able to see the apartment on the map. At first time seeing in the outside the apartment was not that cozy but when you go inside the room was clean and cozy same as the pictures. Since we came in the winter season the room was warm. it has 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4-5 persons. The Tv has netflix the bed are soft but the pillow should be more at least 4 pcs per room. I like the place and it's near in the attractions and restaurant. Breakfast - breakfast is not buffet, you have to choose 1 each menu per person more than that you have to pay.

Wifi, the wifi is not stable at all.

North Avenue 2BR apartment for a family of 4 is a good space to stay in. Manager Zak reached out to us prior our arrival to arrange meet up in the property, then he showed us around, handed the key, explained how things in the apartment worked, and was even more than willing to accommodate any queries and help out! Thanks again Zak! :) Breakfasts were pre-arranged with a Pavilion resto, a few minutes walk from the apartment, a nice cozy place to dine.

Some things (sink, shower, etc) in the property weren't working properly when we came but were addressed right away! Zak and the house lady fixed the issues.

Amazing experience from the very beginning! Very helpful and friendly host who met us personally and took us to the property. Zac made sure we had all we needed, showed us around, abs brought us breakfast cards. He also helped us with the taxi who turned out to be another amazing abs reliable person! We are coming back to Yerevan again soon, and I will make sure to rebook my other hotel to stay here again. It is so much worth it!!!

Perfect location and free parking for our car, very nice breakfast options in a restaurant around the corner. The host was welcoming, very polite and helpful. I will recommend it to anyone coming to Yerevan. Great choice!

The apartment is very nice , great location.

It was not clean , as the floor was dirty and the bed covers had stains . The bathroom pot was also dirty . We stayed for five nights and they cleaned the apartment only once .

The apartment was centrally located, best location in Yerevan with everything needed within walking distance. The apartment was cosy and warm. Beds were comfortable. Everything was provided including soap, towels, with TV in each room. We made use of these. It was super clean and modern. We loved it! Zak was at hand to help whenever we needed, also helping us to book a driver to and from the airport. Thank you :)

I like the modern interior, wide kitchen space for 6 person apartment. The sofa bed was comfortable . the complimentary breakfast at La Piazza restaurant was aesthetic and delicious too.

just 1 little thing 😅, the sofa bed was unprepared by the host when we arrive. Need to do by ourselves. just a little frustration. thats all.

The location and the interior are great. The host is very welcoming and caring. I loved the breakfast in the nearby cafe, it's already included in the price, that was clever.

The facilities were faulty (the shower water always too hot and the AC in one room was leaky). But had we discovered the problem, the host immediately reacted. Plus I'd prefer floors to be cleaner a bit!

The apartment was perfectly located, close to everything. breakfast at la piazza was nice. the beds were comfy, smart tv, large apartment and enough space even with three children.

Some furnitures are in need of renovation, the sofa and carpets were worn out , the shower head a little broken. You must buy your own toiletries like shampoo , shower gel, toilet paper, Kleenex, but there’s a 24/7 supermarket nearby.

the apartment was amazing. perfect location and free parking for our car. clean, quiet for city centre, and luxurious. host very friendly and helpful. included very nice breakfast in nearby restaurant with comfy outdoor seating on the main pedestrian Street. have the armenian breakfast 😍. note if you have a car; drive down Yesnik Koghbatsi Street from the north (Opera Theatre end) and just BEFORE you get to Pushkin Street the road goes under a building in a mini tunnel. before the "tunnel" turn left into the parking lot. the apartments are in the tall pink building in the middle of the huge courtyard. stay there - it's lovely!

Everything was perfect, Andranik is a perfect host. His apartments are unique in terms of convenience and functional design as we both work remotely, we had two desks in isolated rooms. The breakfast was delicious, there are different options, we liked pancakes so much.
