Очень чистые и аккуратные номера, есть всё необходимое. Проводится ежедневная уборка, даже если живешь два дня как мы. Отличное месторасположение, до центра 10 минут пешком. Потрясающий вежливый персонал. Очень рекомендую!

Great central location Hospitality Easy to find and access

All rooms are on the First floor Bathroom is a bit depressing

-All the hotel staffs were helpful and provided good recommendations. One of the staffs Diana is our favourite, she speaks fluent English, is extremely accommodating, tells us that we can request for tea/coffee anytime and offers to call the Yandex taxi for us after she finds out we don't have an Armenian phone number. -Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room cleaning service is offered daily. -Excellent location 5 mins walk to republic square. -Street side parking in front of the hotel is available. However, due to close proximities with the market and a bank, parking space is limited during office hours. It is much easier to find parking after 5-6pm.

-Room is on ground floor, if you open your windows you can hear people talking and people walking by - nothing too crazy. If you are sensitive to sound, you can always use the AC and shut the windows.

Very nice staff, good location, nice smells in the lobby. Great breakfasts at a nearby cafe with a discount for hotel visitors.

The bars on the window are little bit embarrassing, but that's probably the way it should be - first floor, the windows face the street.

The location was good, the personal was friendly. We liked that there was tea and coffee as we arrived.

It was too dirty for us in the room, especially under the bed.

This hotel is just around 5 rooms on the ground level, so it is very small and you have to keep curtains closed all the time because otherwise all people outside can look inside. When we checked in we were given towels that had some brown stains on them (they were changed but still). Wi-fi is very weak. Because of the size of the hotel it is not open 24/7 and if you need, for example, to check out in night you should agree it with employees before
