Very good breakfast. Good place near the city center. Many cafe and sightseeing near the hotel.

Unstable internet, but it is common problem in Armenia.

We landed midnight and airport taxis were total scam. Thanks to the staff, they organized a transport and were in very good manner. Place was clean, had all the amenities, 10 mins walk to the republic square, 5min walk to the vernitage. Good breakfast included in the price.

The bed might be more comfortable but was not a big issue.

Good breakfast. Many different dishes. Good place and sightsees nearby. Good employee. Very good clean and room condition.

Sometimes in the night is too loud sound from outside, but it is not so critical. Not soo large room.

not a bad place at all! the room was small but nice and clean. the staff was nice. the breakfast is nice - a lot of options, some of them suprising (soup, mashed potatoes, chicken) but you can make sure you will not leave hungry! good location as well. the room was extremely hot when we came but there is a window and air con. recommended!

Arrived at the hotel at 8:00am and was checked in which was really helpful, staff really nice and attentive, great breakfast options (including vegan), room was very small but clean and warm, about 15 mins walk from the metro station.

The location was good, walking distance to the city Center, very accessible for taxis. The staff were nice and friendly.

First of all, the room did not look like anything we had seen on the photos on this platform. But we did not mind that much because we just wanted a place to rest after a long flight. The first impression of the room was clean, but it all started to surface with time. The floor was not vacuumed properly, the bedsheets smelled like smoke and the bathroom had a strong smoke smell as well. If you’re sensitive to smoke and high cleanliness standards this is something to be wary of.

I was on the ground floor and had amazing WiFi connection, very stable and fast. The room also had a large desk and chairs, so working on a laptop was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was good, and location has several dining options nearby, with city center only 15 minutes of walking away. It is a small "family" hotel in a quiet area.

Bedsheets and blankets had old brown/yellow stains, not exactly dirty, but not pleasant either. The wooden floor was cold and had quite a lot of dust, getting my socks very dirty every day. Housekeeping folded blankets, but for some reason floors didn't get any cleaner. The room was heated using an air conditioner, which didn't seem enough as it made me feel both hot and cold at the same time (I guess a combination of hot air and cold floor). The air conditioner was also making rattling noise, which was annoying at times. Most of all there wasn't enough fresh air which gave me headaches, and opening the window helped very little, but made the room a lot colder. The bathroom felt unmaintained: the shower hosepipe was broken and exposed, and the shower door didn't fully close. Nothing major was wrong, but I guess after a couple of other similarly priced Yerevan hotels I expected more at this price range.

The hotel is amazing. Clean and quiet room, great breakfast. I would like to give special kudos to the staff. They were accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. My flight from Yerevan was in the afternoon and they kindly allowed me to extend my checkout time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Armenia.

Really lovely rooms and great location and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was really nice and a really good mix of fresh food good for vegetarians and meat eaters alike!

Quite clean, location is good, wifi connection is ok.

Room is very small. There were some bugs and ants during the stay, it might be caused by increased humidity during that week we stood there. Air conditioning smells really bad, they must clean it.
