I checked in quite late. But even despite that, I was greeted at the reception by a friendly Yuriy. He answered all my questions and made my stay in the city comfortable. Breakfast dishes were very simple but varied for different tastes.

Poor sound insulation. My room only had one small window only (although the room had air conditioning which is a plus).

The beds were comfortable and the reception staff was friendly. They prepared the room in advance on request, as well. The breakfast was served in good quantity.

The cleanliness was definitely a big downside. We believe that my partner got a fungal infection on her feet because the shower was not clean. Furthermore, there were stains in the sink from what looked like certain bodily fluids. There was an old towel hanging on the bathroom door, probably from the previous person. The breakfast was just okay with basic cheap options, maybe a 6/10.

Beds are not comfy, we had a double bed but it was separating the whole time. Pillows were uncomfortable also. The fridge was there, but not plugged in.

Overall it was an okay hotel. The breakfast was very rich with big variety. Plus that the hotel could change currency and sold day-tickets for public transport. For the price that we payed it was a decent stay. Tram stop right outside of the hotel 2' distance. One night we did not have hot water but after calling the reception they handled it and issue was fixed after a while.

The room was very strange like an attic, with a strange wooden colon in the middle. Although we were on top 5th floor, there was so much noise from a school group stayed on the same floor. The surrounding area is not very nice, when it is late night or early in the morning. Some of the stuff needs to learn how to multitask when we ask 2 simple things.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Theatrino Hotel. The breakfast was great and abundant, the rooms were extremely clean, and the reception staff was polite and up to the task. Even though everyone was nice, I have to say David and Yuriy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our stay. The hotel itself is near the city centre, so the location is excellent as well. Cant wait to come back.

The room was really nice. In total a beautiful old building - especially the dining hall (old theatre). The staff during the check-in was really helpful and flexible. Yuriy was able to support us in regards to our 5-year-old related needs and the parking situation.

The breakfast was okay. It wasn’t the best but the beautiful dining hall made up for that.
