Nicely maintained premises.

So it is priced much more than any five star hotel, so obviously there has to be a standard for services but you will be disappointed to find that room service is not up to the mark, manager and management are inadequate. Breakfast is so basic and tasteless, that it irritates. Staff would pressurize you to have your food in designated area only and would resist to service you in room, kitchen staff is rude and traditional indian dishes are served with way too much oil, which is not the way of course. Property, is nicely build but the price is not only paid for property view but services and facilities. Horse riding is expensive here, which you can find way too cheaper in mandawa and other places. Overall the staff wears a fake smile but you would miss the warmth here, marketed as heritage property, it is primarily catered to serve foreigners with Incredible India factor and nothing else. You would find way better heritage properties in mandawa, khandela, churu and ramgarh for much much better prices and super services. I was on a road trip for 15 days and ended up here as my last destination. Didn't liked it at all and feel like ripped off. Will not be coming back here. Hope the management either decreases the price or increases the standard of services substantially, so as to justify the costs they charge. Was on my first anniversary ,made special request to manager for cake or any special gesture, the request was simply passed and not catered by making ABC excuses. THUMBS DOWN.
