Чистота, всичко блести, поддържан и чист, всичо беше на ниво, закуската също - много разнооразна и прясна храна

нямаше фреш на закуска, предишнте пъти си спомням, че имаше :) Но имаше домашна лимонада, която беше страхотна, както и боядисани яйза за Великден :)

Хотелът беше доста хубав и обслужването беше на високо ниво. Локацията беше добра, само на 10-15 мин пеш от идеалния център.

Водата в стаята не беше много топла и след полунощ дори нямаше топла вода. В спа центъра, в басейна водата също не беше с много подходяща температура, а на втория ден джакузито в спа центъра дори спря да работи.

The staff was really polite and friendly. The food is amazing there. Great relax area and spacious rooms.

I felt that the room wasn't warm enough, unfortunately. No AC on the room, only central heating but not strong enough on such a cold night. Still a lot of blankets which didn't make it as uncomfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, right after I checked the room I get I showed some problem in the room and the reception upgraded me to other bigger apartment. The apartment was very good and big, very comfortable and clean.

Not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Needs refurbishment. Rooms need refurbishments, super small and run down bathrooms.

Pool was nice, ok location.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

A point for improvemnt is the shower curtain. It didn't function properly, resulting in water on the floor.

The Property was clean and tidy the facilities were good but not 5 star.

The sauna wasn’t on in the morning which was annoying, the breakfast was awful, hotdog sausages when Bansko has its own local sausage, no orange juice or apple juice. The staff were rude and not at all accommodating, I was accused of not staying in the hotel and then of having two people staying in my room. I would say its a good 3 star. The lights in the room made a buzzing sound on one morning they didn’t work and maintenance had to come and sort out. Things like the curtains not being able to shut properly because of the surround/headrest of the bed was in the way. If the staff hadn’t been so bad none of it would matter really.
