المكان هادئ وبعيد عن ازعاج ميدان تقسيم وعندهم الامان عالي ومطل ع البحر خلف الفندق محطة القوارب على طول والعاملين في الفندق بشوشين وخدومين
حجزي كان غرفة ديلوكس مطله على جزء من البسفور ولكن للاسف لم اتمكن من مشاهدة البسفور بسبب المبنى اللي جنب الفندق والغرفه كان فيها رائحة مجاري خفيفه تظهر بين فترة وفترة والفطور خياراته قليلة جداً

Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Lage ist top, v.a. sind Bootsanliegestellen gleich vor der Haustüre, sodass man nur selten ein Taxi benötigt und überall rasch hingelangt. Essen und Personal sind top. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut.

The rooms . We had two connected rooms and that was very convenient.
Housekeeping services were excellent.
The breakfast does not have wide variety of foods if you’re staying for more few nights.

Staff was not very friendly. Had to wait 1 hour for a cup of coffee in the restaurant and it was the worst coffee ever. Room service was always busy and it took ages to bring salt.

location as you always need a taxi and in 4 days we had everyday at least 2 times a negative experience with taxi. or they want to triple rate to hotel or they just say no. so to go back 2 hotel is always a struggle

Excellent and very friendly, hospitable teams are woring in the restaurant and at consierge service. Receiption and wellness center staff were also perfect and top professionals. The staying was wounderful.

front view on Bosphorus , cleanness, rooms and inside decor . great breakfast.
when some of the stuff members were extremely nice and helpful, others ere not quite. and the hotel is located right in front of the river boat station, with HUDGE people traffic, very crowded outside. if room is below 2 nd floor the view gets a bit spoiled by tons of people pouring out of the station, every time the ship stops.

the pictures on booking.com of the rooms do not represent the reality. the terrace bosphorus room on the booking app had direct view of the water, upgraded to junior which also had pictures not in line with the reality
they overcharge the van transport that the hotel provides, for example a similar ride online costs half the price

breakfast buffet wasn’t as expected, I stayed before in 2017 and it was exceptional , now not as expected. the room was not facing the bridge as I expected it was on the other side
