Very beautiful neat and clean property. Staff is very helpful. Comfi rooms. Good variety of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoyed live event in evening.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. They assisted with late check out. We were late for our breakfast which was closing by the time we came back. The staff still accommodated our request and served us well. Great customer service. Will stay here again when I visit Chennai with my family.
The Spa need some privacy. Other than that the massage was superb.

In room floor cleanliness is very poor. You check with drop of water and wipe it with tissue paper. It is pretty bad. This was quite surprising me.

The ambience and welcome by the staff especially Raman who transferred the luggage into the room and the service given by him was impeccable.

The breakfast was wholesome and the staff was caring and hospitable. The location was prime with easy access to all places worth visiting.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was reasonable. The breakfast had a variety but not very tasty.
The room service takes a long time to deliver things. The room had small kinks, that needed to be worked out.

Great hotel the people working there were friendly to talk to and the rooms in the hotel were very big and beautiful and for the money we paid I must say it was very special.
