Central location, modern confort

This is neither a hotel nor an appart hotel, just a floor of rooms with no reception and no permanent staff there. You meet someone there on arrival and pay your full stay in cash on arrival. Rooms are large and comfortable but the bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet and although we insisted on having it cleaned, nothing really happened. No sufficient toilet paper. On Saturday night the girls in the room number 5 next door had a birthday party and screamed, sang, laughed noisily until I knocked at their door at 2 am. As there is no reception no-one can help. Very good location, near Republic square, shop 20 meter away, very clean and cosy, very polite host, all the best!

The booking was canceled at the last minute (after I landed in Erevan and was queuing up to collect my suitcase, with no battery and no alternative)

Stayed for one night, everything was good enough.

The location is good and the room was very nice. We didn't have hot water but when we called, it was arranged so that we could shower in another room.

A very uncomfortable experience with the host whom we never actually met ,but he constantly called to give instructions for us to leave the cash in a particular place, which we had no problem with, but the constant calling late into the night was so unnecessary. I suppose he must have had problems with people not paying in the past. This is the only explanation I can think of. Also, he asked for 25,000 AMD. , on Booking.com, it was shown as 24 ,300. In conclusion, a nice room in a good location but courtesy towards customers is the most important thing in my opinion.

Location is great. Drinking from tap is a fun feature.

For long stays it might get tricky because there's no one to communicate with regularly.

Great place, comfortable bed, super clean, awesome location, landlord Arthur was very helpful and meticulous. Internet is good, all in all great. Recommended.

The price should be a bit lower as when compared with similar places we found cheaper, as good in quality,options.
