Room was very nice & quiet however, fridge was so cold that it froze our snacks for the flight and we had to throw them out (carrots, Celery & apples froze solid).

The hotel was nice and centrally located and close to Midway, so these are all positives. It was comfortable and mostly clean. My negative is that when I arrived, the bedding from whoever stayed there before me was piled up on the air unit for the room. I wanted to turn on the heater, but did not want to touch the sheets and move them, so I just let the room stay cold. Also, the clocks, refrigerator, TV, microwave were all unplugged. Not a big deal, but frustrating as you have to plug everything in and then reset the clocks. The bedding in the corner was the most horrifying. Just gross. That on its own should have received a zero star, so I was being understanding and figured someone just had a busy day.

The shower would not come on at all. The handle had been stripped and we had to have someone come first thing this morning. We had a shuttle we had to catch so very inconvenient.

Nice enough hotel. Lobby staff super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the shuttle to and from airport.

May short stay was nice and the staff courteous. They had outside security for ones safety. The only thing I didn’t like was the $50 deposit security which was never mentioned when I registered myself to the hotel.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was delicious. There’s a 24/7/365 airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk

Overall my stay was kind of disappointing. I originally was checked in a room that had a space heater in it because the heating unit wasn’t working. I was later moved to another room because the room was not heating up.

I enjoyed the property and the room. Great walking distance to almost everything. The only thing I was not happy about was the Fridge/Freezer. Walked across to Culver's got a 4pk Pints of Ice Cream.Stuck them into Freezer for later use. That evening came back Soda not Cold and ALL PINTS OF ICE CREAM MELTED. Fridge/Freezer not working!! Maint. replaced Fridge/Freezer with one that worked. But TOOO late for Ice Cream. ALREADY Thawed, Warm. SOO Unimpressed. Other than that Nice Place. Thank You.

Everything was very good with two exceptions - shuttles weren't timely and were often filled to capacity (forcing us to use an Uber back to the airport), and breakfast was less than stellar. We never expect everything to be perfect, but if one or both of those stepped up a notch, then I would provide the highest rating.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean (as you would expect from a Hampton Inn), our room was quiet even though its near the airport and a busy street. The airport shuttle was great too. A couple restaurants are right there in the hotel complex. The area looked safe enough to walk to them.

It was a good stay overall, the only thing was that they do the cleaning of the room every other day, unless you ask in advance, and if you forhet like my case when I return to my room it was undo.

This hotel was great! They have a shuttle service, The hotel was clean, the employees were super friendly. The only thing i did not like was the breakfast had no meat. But other than that, everything was exceptional.

After a mix up with my multiple reservations, the front desk manager cleared everything up on the spot. I loved the way she showed the new person how to take care of the business end without asking the customer to move rooms. The manager was very customer focused.
