It was an ok stay. I had the extended king. It would have been nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed. My boyfriend charged his phone on the side of the bed that had the outlet. I changed my phone on the other side of the room. I wanted to take a swim but there was a strange white film in the pool so I opted for the small workout room instead. The workout room was clean

We enjoyed it. Stayed just one night. Enjoyed the breakfast and we received wonderful service from Moses at the breakfast area. He was very helpful! Everyone was kind!

Great stay. Clean. Efficient check in. Free airport shuttle to midway. 25 hour coffee, tea, & hot chocolate. Comfy bed.

Hotel was clean and check in was easy but parking fees were ridiculous. I guess one of those hidden fees. Young children and older kids running halls and noisy all after 9 pm and 1 outburst after midnight! I guess hotel can't control rude people and parents. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was very good.

Place was okay but the hallway outside of our room smelled heavily like marijuana. Room was cleaned overall but definitely could still smell outside odors. Ok for a one night stay.

It’s very close to the airport and even has a shuttle to take you there. The rooms have double beds standard, which is tiny to share with someone. The rooms were clean but the outside area around the hotel is not a good part of Chicago at all. So I wouldn’t suggest walking around, especially at night. I understand that it is close to the airport, but the room definitely wasn’t worth the rate they were charging.

Staff was really nice even called the room an hour after we checked in to make sure we were settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. Tv works, AC worked. Pool looked clean. Breakfast was good!

At check-in, we were informed that we would be charged $25/night to park in the hotel parking lot. Personally, I think this is something that should either be announced prior to booking or something that should be rolled into the nightly price. Had I known the total would be 12.5 percent more, I might have chosen a different hotel. Overall, though, the hotel was fine, but nothing to write home about.

all was great. the desk staff were exceptional!! I was taking the shuttle...which is great...but when I was here before with a car I was shocked at the parking cost. nothing against the hotel on this, but the parking is pricey. If I had a car I'd probably look elsewhere.

The airport shuttle was "unique about the property" The staff was very helpful late at night, very friendly and wise about how to accommodate me. Please can you relax the reviews more, this is the most inconvenient thing about using your service...

I want a refund for the room I stayed in because the room smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet. I let the front desk know and she told me that they were booked up and I had to stay there.

Transport was easy from the airport. To catch a ride back, one must tell the front desk that you need a ride. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillow options. Food a breakfast was great, and even had GF muffin option.

Convenient to the airport with free shuttle service. The kitchen staff made a rude comment about me and I overheard her. I guess the breakfast hours were over but I grabbed a yogurt. She said ,"I don't know what they don't understand about the area being closed." I was the only one there at the time. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were very kind and attentive and very helpful to me.

We stayed 4 days, and our room was never cleaned. We never received clean towels nor was the trash taken out. The property was clean and nice otherwise. We spent over $800 to stay here, I would have like to have clean towels after the 1st night.

Asked for a quiet room, was given a room over the pool.did not request an ADA room, was given one without informing me. First time I ever demanded a room change. Breakfast awful.
