Our room was large and overall clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Our first room had mold on the curtains and smelled bad. They gave us a different room. The rooms smelled musty. The table in the second room had mildew on the side. The bathroom floor didn’t look the cleanest and it had a pest control sticky trap beside the toilet.

The property was not the one advertised. It was old, rundown, ice machine was broken, smelly even by being non smoking. It was a disappointment.

Terrible! The carpet in my room was wet. Towels were dirty, bathroom needs a complete restoration.

The pool was closed, the ice machines were inoperable and the vending machines were empty

We had the Jacuzzies tub room. The jets didn't work there was dirt at the head of the bed and tables and chair. there was only two towels and wash cloths. not much to choose from on breakfast, and the pool wasn't working, and ice machine didn't work.

One of the worst Baymont I’ve stayed in. No ice machines,, toilet was dirty, roach on the bathroom floor and room smelled very musty.

Property needs to be renovated and cleaned.

We stayed here bc it was cheap and only about 30 mins from the beach. However, when I walked into my room the first thing I do at any hotel is check the room and our room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was still dirty with pubic hair and feces on the toilet. The soap bar on the sink was filthy & our sheets had stuff all over them. When I went to the office to inform them of the issue the manager came out and asked if I had “touched anything” and then gave me a key to the room 2 doors down. That room was a LITTLE better but not much. The sound on the tv kept going in and out, the shade over our lamp had something splattered all over it and the a/c unit barely worked. No one ever returned to the original room to clean it either and they tried putting another woman in there the next day and she asked to be moved bc it was filthy only to turn around the next morning leaving THE SECOND room they placed her in because she claimed “something was eating her up all night”. On top of our rooms not being up to par the ice machine was broke and even tho the pool looked perfectly fine/functioning they had it closed also even tho that was not mentioned at the time of booking. One of the days we were there we let our girls (they’re 3) draw with chalk on the sidewalk and the manager came over and said “No. They cant do that, who the hells gonna clean that up?”. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and we will NOT be booking here again. 0/10.

Was still pizza from previous guest in microwave, hair in the shower, toilet was dirty, and bugs on the beds.

Mold on pillows and room smelled of mold. What a dump. And it cost 100 a night.

No pool, went to another hotel.

The pool was closed, the ice machines unplugged and not working, the shower was only very hot or very cold, the bathroom floor was filthy, and commotion of other guests and emergency vehicles made our night quite unpleasant.

The pool broken the gym area broken people were noise walk outside got my foot cut really bad I don’t recommend this place at all

We had multiple days the pool was broken. The breakfast food was not replenished. The front desk wasn’t helpful. It was moderately clean.

The room was not clean, there are roaches in the room 223😏, the pillow inside is yellow and Dirty , bed by restroom☹️, they never clean the fridge, kfc, and drinks left over

There was one coffee cup for 2 people, there were no wash clooths, I killed 2bugs, floor was dirty, no refrigerator iin first 2 rooms they tried to give me, pool was closed, there was no ice. It was all pretty bad. when we got back from the wedding we went to we had to go to office to get them to let us in. NO i definately would not stay ther again. They chargeed us $20 extra

Upon arrival, we were a little ahead of the check in time. other hotels they usually will allow early check in if rooms are available, so I wasnt fully expecting one. They had 1 room available. It was 2 hrs before actual check in so they gave it to us. But also said itd be a $20/early check in fee. Ok, didnt question it as i know some will charge it but Id never actually been charged from other hotels. Then we find out the outdoor pool & ice vendings are all out of service. The pool was 1 of the reasons we were staying there. Again, not huge deal, but finding outdoor pools was harder so we were excited to get some pool & sun together. We had 2 nights there but the 2nd night the people in room next to us had a dog that wouldnt stop barking so we checked out before midnight & found somewhere else to stay. Im all for animals but it was excessivly barking at every thing.

Don’t stay here The door was open when we arrived the beds looked like they had been slept in the room smelled heavy of smoke booked a non smoking room cigarette burns all in bathroom went to front desk and told them about it they said it wasn’t a smoked in room which clearly it was the Mattress pad and linens were filthy door was ajar when closed not safe no pool no ice machine we never brought luggage in room turned in keys and left with no refund had to get another hotel A horrible experience I would rate this hotel in the negatives if possible the good reviews must be written by staff or friends Again Don’t Stay Here

Need to do something about the little critters. Killed 3 roaches so I think we did our part but I'm sure there's lots more. On the walls, ceiling and nightstand.

We arrived with 2 kids the pool was not open with no notification. The room was ok but not extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Disappointed

Restroom was dirty, electrical power went out as soon as I check in, had to leave and they still charging me cancellation fee

The beds were wonderfully comfortable, but the room was not clean. There was a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor.

Was on call for a 24 hr shift and was charged extra to check in early. There was a cigarette butt behind the door and was told the room would be cleaned immediately. Got called in for work came back and the cigarette butt was still there. I was moved to the room next to me. The sheets and towel had stains, there was another cigarette butt by the night stand and when i got called into work at 4 am there was a roach in the room, so instead of coming back to the hotel to sleep I slept in my car until my morning shift started. The only thing the hotel did was refunded me the extra money I paid to check in early.

I’ve been debating on even typing this, but after getting up at 2 am Friday morning and driving 15 hour from Kansas City to Crestview I just needed a place to stay for the night. I walked into my room plain exhausted to notice a green long sham on the floor instead of draped on the bottom on the bed, meh who cares right I was tired. Then went to shower to find someone’s 2 Tupperware containers and a dirty wash rag hanging in the bathroom. Luckily I was plain exhausted and just went to bed, there were lists more disgusting things, but I just needed sleep. I will never ever recommend this place or give my money to this hotel chain

Manager refused to give me clean towels. He stated policy was every 3rd day you’ll get. I stayed in room 112 room above was room 216 where a heard of elephants lived that is right they are residents and not guests so they will always be bearding and a lot of noise. The heard was the manager and his family i later found out. Breakfast was carbs and sugar with apples wrapped in plastic and they were not fresh. Ice machine was out of order I was told that it will be fixed tomorrow, we prepared for 7 days and were not able to get a refund. So there was no ice the whole stay. The best thing about this trip is the shower water pressure was great and the fact that my wife always travels with Clorox cleanup, Clorox wipes and febreeze so we made the best of it.

There was no ice. Lady said we could go buy some at the convenience store. The pool was broke down. The worst was the whole area was filthy. We skipped breakfast because of cleanliness. Also no toiletries. This leads me to speculate the leadership is lacking. Also first time we used Expedia so now I don’t trust making another reservation. We are traveling this summer and your site was recommended.

Convenient off-highway location. Great amenities (frig, coffee, etc) Hot breakfast. Luggage trolley available. Friendly staff.

Good location for an overnight stay for I-10 travelers close to interstate and many dining options. Mattress was comfortable however the pillows were very poor. Balled up polyfill and stained. Also bathroom floor was not mopped.

Check in staff was great. Then went downhill from there. Ice machine was broken. Got to the room to freshen up from a long drive and was welcomed by a big roach climbing the bathroom wall. Pillows were definitely at the end of their life expectancy. Not the best experience.
