Location was excellent. It was a nice room. Nice walk to progressive field.

Could have been cleaner especially considering it was extremely expensive. We opened the fold away bed and it was kind of gross. Did not sleep on it. Our family slept 3 in the king bed which was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was noisy, roms was not clean, bedskirts not white it was yellow. Some hair in dusj area. Aircondition very noisy we NEEDED to skru it down. Rom view to parking garage. Staff with long dirty nails. Worst hotell so long. And trust me I travel a lot.

It was clean nice staff and close to everything

The best part of our stay was the proximity of the hotel to Guardians' Baseball Stadium.

The hotel was extremely short-staffed. Those who were working were inefficient at best and rude at the worst. The clerk who checked us in wouldn't give us IHG member credits for our stay because the room was booked through a third-party site. Neither would she allow a military rate despite booking the room through a veteran booking option. We'll never stay there again, and we'll let everyone we know not to stay there.

It was in a perfect location to walk to the Progressive Field! The beds were so comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

The room wasn’t as clean as we would of liked. There was a bleed stain on one of the pillows.

Stunning inside. Cool decor. Excellent location/proximity to the ballpark. Breakfast food and service was AMAZING.

Parking was not clearly explained. Still don’t understand if you can self park (where?) or if it’s just valet?? Free breakfast with room was not explained. Had to work to figure it out.

The room was great!

The staff member whom I spoke to on the phone checking to see if our room was ready was very rude. She said "it's a good chance your room could or could not be ready " (What??). But in saying that, when we got there we spoke to a different person and she was very nice.

Rooms were nice.

People fighting all night in the halls, someone saying they were the "police" knocking on doors, yelling, screaming.

The staff was super, super nice, everyone from the front desk to the waitress in the restaurant. The location is fantastic. I wanted to steal the sheets; they were wonderful.

I had some minor annoyances with the room and how it was maintained. Several of the outlets in my room didn't function, or they only functioned when I wiggled the plug several times. Since there are tons of outlets, I didn't have too much trouble finding something working, but, well, that shouldn't be an issue. The coffee machine worked, but of the six pods I had, only one for was caffeinated coffee. I had three teas and two decaf coffees. I'm sure someone would have been pleased with this option, but I'm pretty sure they'd have been in the minority. In the bathroom, the body wash dispenser was empty the whole time I was there. And I couldn't figure out how to get housekeeping service to show up. I was working in my room until 11am and I thought that if I left and took off the do not disturb thing, they'd notice and come in, but it never happened. I had no information on timing or how to signal need. Finally, on my last day, the street was blocked off because of a baseball game, but I didn't know until I had three Lyft drivers cancel in a row. I'd have thought the hotel would have put up a sign or at least the valet would have noticed me standing there with my luggage and said something. Instead, it took me an hour to get a car to the hotel.

location - sturdy heavy doors and walls - excellent shower (walk-in a plus). soaps and lotions in containers instead of the usual small cake soaps. tv was huge! toilet was fantastic ! excellent flushing instead of the slow water-saving kind ! room was clean! love the outlets in the sides of the bed!

absolutely love this place! it’s my “go to” — although for over $300 there could possibly offer some kind of continental breakfast? maybe just some pastries or fruit. wouldn’t have to do the whole breakfast buffet thing ie eggs potatoes waffles etc.
