Great place to stop in Providance for few nights. Walking distance to the most of the attactions. Rooms were clean and comfi. Good breakfast - like the fact that you can choose the time for it.

Bit close to the highway , but not that it bothered us at night. Made it quick get away driving back home.

Very quaint and comfortable guest house at a superb price. The period furnished common room is a delight, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

The room was large.

The property doesn’t live up to the description in most ways. Felt like a bait and switch. It may be within walking distance to sites and restaurants but the walks are NOT pleasant or particularly easy- over an interstate highway, through construction sites and a huge, ugly downtown shopping center that looks mostly like a monumental parking garage. They may say your room is on the 3rd floor but it’s actually a 4th floor walk up. Even worse, their breakfast room does not allow for physical distancing and they were completely overwhelmed trying to serve breakfast to a full house. We ended up waiting for an hour in a small patio off the parking lot in the heat and humidity.
