Great stay! I had to spend a night in Guatemala City before my flight and Novohostel was perfect! Lovely staff, good breakfast provided. Located in a gated street so I felt very safe. I was also allowed to order food to my room, with help of staff which was great as I was very tired! Thankyou :)
Also, I would recommend getting an uber to and from the airport if you can as it is much cheaper than the white taxis (I paid 100GTQ for Uber vs 700GTQ for taxi outside airport)

Location was perfect, very close to the airport and bed was very comfortable. The owner also was very helpful about checkin times / the airport journey
We felt rushed and not very welcomed as the host only spoke to us about payment and money.

Really lovely customer service and very comfortable bed and hot shower. Less than 10 mins from the airport by taxi which only cost about £3.
my room was on ground floor in the lobby so it was a bit loud with people coming in and out but I had earplugs so all good

cozy and comfy. Lucy Is an amazing host. She welcomed me exuberantly and takes great care to keep everything on the property clean and safe. She helped me in many ways and it made me a yummy breakfast. I would stay there again for sure!

Very nice place close to the airport. Lucita , the owner is a lovely women that gives the best service to the guests. we arrived in the evening and Lucita didnt stop service us. She order dinner for us and even took us by her car to the airport in the middle of night.

this was BY far one of the sweetest services I have ever received. I can’t describe how detailed the attention and caring provided was. i felt immensely good at this place. you will be pampered! you’ll sleep super tight and cozy. it’s so close to the airport and for an additional price you will be driven there at whatever time. I had to be there at 3:30. I can’t thank enough about my beautiful familiar stay and how good I was treated. Definitely angels. the hostel is pretty though! clean and equipped. you will not get better attention. just mind this is a place to rest and feel like family while traveling. please visit!!! you will love it.
