Located just off the main streets so quieter. A dark side entrance that leads to a super, bright and modern apartment with every comfort you will need for your stay in Split. Our host, Frane, made us feel very welcome and was on hand if we had any questions.

The property was in a very good location with a washing machine in the bathroom. The host was very helpful and assisted us with any questions. Our hairdryer in the apartment started to spark and smell and the host replaced it that day and he also assisted with the washing machine.

We had some confusion with parking, on the day the host advised that we had to pay for parking, we advised that this was included and then it was rectified which we appreciated. The apartment is located in a building that locals live so we did not want to disturb them. There were five flights of stairs to our smaller than expected apartment and with three heavy suitcases this was tough as we were travelling for seven weeks.

The young man was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and finding solutions for every one of our whims. He let us to use the parking place even after our checking out. My son had online meeting and he stayed over the checking time to use the quiet place and internet connection, thankfully our host. Great service, nice man!

Very small and for somebody even stupid idea but: There wasn't a shower mat in the bathroom and water couldn't be limit to go outside the door. It is simple suggestion!

The location is great, just five minutes from the sea promenade. There is a free parking place just behind the apartment building.

Everything was great, just a note that the apartment is on the top floor of a 4-storey building with no elevator. Guests with mobility challenges should be aware of this.

The apartment is fresh and pleasantly decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is provided with all necessary utensils and the bathroom has a washing machine and a hair blower. The host has provided liquid detergent, washing-up liquid, soap and schampoo which is a very nice gesture. The bed is comfortable with fresh linen, pillows and duvets. Our son slept i the sofa bed with no complaints. The apartment has two television sets. On the balcony there conveniently is a foldable drying rack. Effective and well functioning AC. The apartment is excellently situated in city center within a short walking distance from the harbor, Diocletianus palace, an art museum, several beaches and the Airport shuttle bus stop. A number of grocery shops just around the corner. Frane, the host, is friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We very much enjoyed our stay at Capital apartments and rooms in Split. Would recommend or return.

Location. It's nice and peaceful. Close to supermarkets. Close to the main place.

The shower stall needs fixing the seal. A lot of water falls out of the box.

The facility is very modern, has AC, WiFi, and overall went over our expectations. The location is in the middle of where things happen in Split. Tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, you name it, in the reach of a hand. The host was very welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. He was also very helpful, and sent us his best recommendations as to what to do in Split, where to eat and what to see.
