The location and the charm of the property, together with the warm welcome and great value for money.

Great location within walking distance of everything you need in Firenze. Very large room with comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities in the room, very helpful staff at check-in and for the breakfast serving. Very good breakfast in pleasant dining area, Quirky entry area and reception in old 'palace' on the 3rd floor.

I loved how spacious it was, the beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. Luxury bathroom and overall very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Nothing, everything was wonderful
