Gorgeous apartment in city centre

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing and the apartment is gorgeous and clean. The hosts were so accommodating and in contact the entire trip if we needed anything. If I’m lucky enough to find myself in Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Foi maravilhosa, deixando Lisboa ainda mais linda!!

Desde a hora que chegamos ao apto, fomos muito bem recebidos. A Monica, a responsável pela estada, foi muito solicita! Chegamos e minha filha não estava bem, ela fez chá e pudemos deixar as malas com ela, enquanto o check in não estava na hora! Agradeço muito! Apto lindo, limpo, bem decorado com todo o conforto. Cama excelente, sofá cama confortável. Banho quente, cozinha bem equipada, aquecimento funcionando muito bem. As varandas são um charme. Melhor localização pra quem quer estar visitando a baixa. Ônibus, metro e bondinho tudo na mão!! Duas quadras do arco!!! Valeu muito a pena! Quando cor a Lisboa, só ficarei aqui!!!!

Excelente apartamento

Excelente apartamento. Grande, luminoso, limpio. Inmejorable ubicación. A dos pasos de plaza comercio.

Lo único que no estaba muy bien era el sofá, pero vaya… por no decir que el apartamento es de 10, sólo de 9,9😊😊

Location location location…… doesn’t get better! We love feeling like we’re living there as opposed to being in a hotel room so this place makes you feel like you have an apartment in the heart of Lisbon

The couch had a tear in it and wasn’t the most comfortable for viewing TV or chilling.

Perfect location to explore Lisbon Comfortable and stylish space

Communication with host was confusing - they messaged on three platforms (WhatsApp, booking.com and another online platform). They needed prompting to provide more toilet paper after messages weren’t answered.

The location was great. The apartment's design was nice, it was easy to check in. We found 4 delicious pastel de natas on the table, we thought it was a really kind gesture. We enjoyed our stay here, we highly recommend this place.

Pretty much everything: Kitchen well equipped,, bed fantastic,, quiet building.

Some of the fixtures and fittings, although still functional are getting on a bit and aren't consistent with the description "luxury".

Great apartment to stay in old town of Lisbon, close to waterfront and restaurants.

Apartment is very well situated to the main centre and easy walking distance to tour pickups. spacious and comfortable. Great having a washing machine and kitchen. Bed very comfortable, we would definitely stay again. Texted every day to see if we required anything.

Perfect location

Perfect location! from the apartment you can walk to almost all hotspots of Lisbon. Few minutes walk to the tram station where you can take the famous tram 28. Cosy & very clean apartment, well equipped.

At the time we were there (end May 2023) the construction and repair works of few building around the block were happening, causing a bit of inconvenient (just a bit)

Lisbon 1st timers do the city in 3 days.

The location- easy to walk to restaurants, the beach area, sights to see. A list of recommendations was emailed to me. The apartment had a very comfortable bed and it was very roomy. Beautiful, modern kitchen, too but we didn’t do any cooking. We felt very safe.

It was extremely noisy all hours of the night as the apartments are located on a busy street. Most communication was online with the exception of speaking to someone briefly in the office at the property about getting a taxi. Bathroom toiletries could be improved. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. When I booked the apartment breakfast was supposed to be included. When I asked at the property I was told it was extra. The price for 3 nights during the week ( Monday through Thursday) was almost $800- after the conversion from Euros. Too much money.

perfect location, kitchen well equipped for cooking, pastries offered on arrival is a nice touch. staffs are super helpful!

the shower is leaking water to the bathroom floor. the sofa bed is uneven making it hard to sleep on.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Lisbon

Beautiful property with high ceilings, very clean and bright. In the very centre of Lisbon with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Amazing staff, very helpful, always available and ready to help. We had a fantastic stay.

Great place to stay for our visit to Lisbon. Centrally located to everything.

We found our host to be very responsive to our inquiries. He was very thoughtful too as when we arrived we found a welcome letter and a Portuguese based gift. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Safe.

Good location at the very centre of the city. Can have partial view of the new year firework which is absolutely a bonus. Helpful host with additional supply of toilet paper. Air conditioning and heater are both good.

The lighting in the bathroom is too dark and uncomfortable. The baby cot, which we didn't need, occupied too much space.

Gonzalo is really great host. We had wonderful short vocation. It was first time for us, to stay in Lisbon. We didn’t met personally, but he organized everything. He explained us everything and left us some presents and sweets. In apartment was everything for comfortable living. Even small things like coffee, tea and etc. Location is really perfect. Finally everything was perfect and comfortable. Gonzalo, thank you one more time. We have plans to comeback again. Highly recommend to everybody!
