We had 7 adults in this unit and it was perfect for us. We were attending a conference at the convention center and this location was perfect for that. The Publix and restaurants in walking distance were amazing too. We had one issues upon arrival and the host took care of it before we returned from dinner. Amazing service and great location.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo on a quick weekend get away to the universal parks. The condo was exactly as pictured. There are a couple of areas that are showing signs of age but no big deal! It was clean and well equipped but could have used a few more towels. The location was perfect for us with only a 10 minute drive to the parks! We had a couple of minor problems and I really mean minor! Ana sent a repair almost immediately!! Thank you Ana for your prompt response! We loved the heated pool and short walk to Publix and Dunkin’ Donuts. We would definitely stay again!

We came to Olando for the America's Strongest Man competition at the convention center of which our son Lucas Hatton won! The description said it was a walkable distance to the convention center, that maybe true but only if you are a 20yr old athlete LOL. We chose to Uber which was a short ride. The condo was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Everyone had their own spacious bedroom with comfortable beds. Having a grocery store and restaurants right next door was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year.

It was a short stay but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was nice and clean, close to many attractions. I did use the pool as part of it is in the middle of renovation. I can’t wait to come back when the amenity center is completed.

My employer has a 3 day conference at the Rosen/OCC and only fully covers lodging if you share a hotel room. Two of my team members and I wanted our own room but was ok with sharing living area. This was the most cost effective way to do this. Worked perfectly. 1.4 miles to conference and close to Publix and restaurants. Very clean and accurately described. TY, Anna for clear communication and easy access to the place.

We just stayed here for a weekend in Orlando, going to parks with family and it was a great place. The apartment was nicely kept, very comfortable for a small to medium family. Location is perfect close to parks and variety of food nearby. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anybody.

The good - the location was great. Nice proximity to grocery, restaurants, and the convention center (which, is why we were there). The condo was also close to the smaller pool - nice pool, hot tub and restrooms.
The bad - miserably hot inside the condo. The A/C wasn't working properly. Upon arrival, we didn't get there until late - so, we thought maybe the a/c wasn't set cool enough. We had to be up and out of the condo early each morning and wouldn't arrive back until late in the evening. So, the next morning, we made sure the a/c was set lower to cool all day while we were out. Upon arriving back late in the evening - again, walked in to a very unpleasant, not cooled condo. We contacted the host and she said she would have someone come out to fix it. He came, he said he fixed it and left. The unit started blowing out cool air, but - it didn't last very long at all (maybe 2 hours). Again - keep in mind, we aren't even there during the hot parts of the day- so, if you would be there at that time - it would have been rough. But, after a very long, exhausting day - we are physically tired - it's hard to walk into a hot condo with no air flow and no ceiling fans in the extra bedrooms to push any air. It was awful trying to sleep that way. By the third night, my 10 year old was actually in tears because she couldn't get any actual rest or sleep since she was so hot and you just can't cool off.

Our family of eight really enjoyed the convenience of this property. Nicely decorated and modern. Our only disappointment ‐ not having enough paper products (toliet paper) and trash bags. Also, the wifi was very slow and very spotty. I was logging in daily for work needs and unfortunately had to use my own hotspot. And the television being on Wi-Fi was constantly chewing. Disappointing when the kids wanted to relax and watch a movie.

We met my Aunt and Uncle in Orlando for a visit and we loved this beautiful condo!!
It is a very short distance to Universal Studios.
There is a Publix that you can walk to that was very nice!!
The pool area is nice!
There is pleanty of beds in the unit they was a little hard but not unbearable.
The AC worked ok it kept going back to 74°. I get hot a night so if you do also you may want to bring a fan.

We loved our stay at Vista Cay. Walked into a large welcoming area of kitchen/family room with a couch and two chairs, dining table, and large kitchen. The master on the right has a large bed and connecting bathroom. On the left are two rooms each with 2 beds and a connecting bathroom between. There were enough blankets and pillows with extras stored in the closets. There was a high chair and pack and play in the master as well. We appreciated the luggage holders and a few hangers as well. I would definitely recommend an increased number of towels as there were only a few and we needed to do laundry quickly for everyone to have a towel to use.
We loved the location - walking distance to grocery store and Dunkin. The pizza place in the same plaza was delicious. It was perfect for our trips between Magic kingdom and Universal and close to the airport.
We loved our trip and would definitely book again in the future - it was perfect for the family (grandparents, us and three kids) with enough space for everyone.

We loved staying here with the two pools, which were very clean. The club house also has a smaller pool for little ones, as well as the big pool. The club house also had clean, and well stocked bathrooms.
The condo was large enough for our group, however they only had 2 really cheap pool towels for our group of 8. I purchased four more towels, and left them for future guest.
Another issue we had was the patio door doesn’t lock, and that was very concerning when having little kids with us.
The only other thing that needed to be fixed, or replaced was the toaster it looked like only one side of the heating elements worked.
It would of been nice to know ahead of time before booking what supplies were provided by the owner since ONE TRASH BAG was not enough for our group, and no laundry soap or dishwasher pods were provided.

Stayed here for a conference. Location and amenities were great; we made it to all major attractions in less than 20 minutes and enjoyed the hot tub. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nearby shopping center was also convenient. Easy check in/out. Quick communication with property owner (needed to add an extra day last minute). Floors, especially the baseboards and vents, were filthy. The room also smelled strongly of sewage one night. The dryer does not appear to work (ran 3 high heat cycles and clothes were still damp). Otherwise no complaints and would consider staying here again. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was fine. Frankly, it looks way better on the website than in person. A few things were a little annoying -- practically no toilet paper or tissues or soap. Poor quality knives and utensils in the kitchen. The blender barely works. No lamps in two of the bedrooms, harsh overhead lighting in the living room. No drawers for clothes in two bedrooms and something like five hangers in total. Overpriced for what you got, but it was

Just returned from our December stay. Only items that we were disappointed in were the beds. Best I can describe them is sleeping on two box springs on top of each other. However, we were on the go the whole trip and exhausted, so didn't really affect us too much! We did need some help from Ana during our stay and our issue was fixed immediately. All our communication with her has been immediate and great. This condo is in a nice location to get to many attractions within 30 minutes or less, which we appreciated, as there's a lot of traffic in Orlando! Not sure you can get any closer to the grocery store in this complex and that was really nice. It was chilly while we were there, so didn't use the pool area too much. If you're considering a stay here, may want to verify the pool area close to this condo is available. It's going through a big renovation right now. It was open for us, but that could be an issue as this project is completed. Regardless of the project status, there is another beautiful pool area within the complex, but across the street that guests can use. We also loved the trail around the lake. Very easily accessed from this unit!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained condo. The only suggestion would be to have more towels/wash clothes. There were only 2 wash clothes for 4 guests, so we had to purchase additional wash clothes for our stay.

While we liked the unit and it’s location, the building itself was not built with the best sound insulation. Wouldn’t let it stop me from staying here again but you could still hear everyone going up and down the stairs outside the door and in the unit above.

My husband had a convention at the convention center & we brought the kids to go to Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom & Disney Springs. The condo was conveniently located to all of those places. The condo was spacious, clean & was perfect fir our quick getaway weekend.

We have stayed at this property one other time for work. The first time everything was fine. This past time we stayed the code was the same as the first time. On the second night, at 1:30am we were woken up by someone trying to put the code in and aggressively banging on the door, while ringing the door bell over and over again. I truly believe if we wouldn’t have had the dead bolt on he would have gotten in. This went on for 10 minutes so it wasn’t someone just testing the locks. We called 911 and security on property. He was a white male who ran off and looked back as we looked off the balcony. The next day I contacted Ana and her response was disturbing to say the least. We didn’t feel safe staying there and asked for a refund. She told me no and that we did the right thing by calling the cops. For someone to be so disengaged almost robotic without remorse for what happened we went through was disheartening. I stopped communication with Ana after responding twice to her because it was a slap in the face. So we lost our money and had to go stay somewhere else for the rest of our trip.
I want to do business with someone who actually cares if I leave their place the way I came in - ALIVE & SAFE.
Since I know she will read this response your toilet is messed up and we had to end up using the master for the 3 adults. The dishes were dirty with chunks of food left on them. The slider door doesn’t lock. I think it would be a great idea for you to change the code on the door and the gate as well for the safety of your future guests.

We absolutely loved our stayed here. If you are looking for a safe and clean place with lots of room near Disney, this is perfect! It is just15 minutes from the parks and close to so much! We LOVED that it was gated community, the unit was clean, the modern decor and the host has truly thought of everything you might need.
